Finally! A hotel doing things right and affordable! Breakfast was amazing! Alot of variety for my ball player before her tournament! Hotel is super clean, beds were really comfy and staff was very friendly! Distance was only 16 minutes from Tyger River Park!

Elevator was broke so unfortunately, we heard doors that were beside elevator slamming shut all hours of the night (our room was right beside of elevator and stairway) and the pool was super small (8 people and it felt crowded) but it was clean!

I like pool and kitchen, always bring something else to eat when they saw that new clients come. Food was good enough and serving staff was nice.

After we arrived we waited 15 -20minutes when someone came to the front desk that we can check in, and they even didn’t say “sorry” for this inconvenience. He didn’t told us way we should go so we wandering around with a baby looking for our room, he didn’t seem polite and nice. And I didn’t understand their accent.

They should not rent rooms on the floor where the hallway carpet is being replaced. Unfortunately, the smell of glue, the noise and the interruption of having to open the door for them to install should not happen with guests. If they are going to install on floor 3, then do not rent anything on that floor.

Everything was clean and neat. One of the best parts of the stay was the nice man taking care of the breakfast area. What a wonderful addition to your staff. He was pleasant, personable, engaging and kept everything neat and clean. Super courteous.

The person that checked us in around 6 pm was not pleasant. She was not rude, but no "welcome", no "thank you", nothing at all. Not a great attitude.....like working there was an inconvenience or "just a job". She didn't say which end to put into the slot to open the door. Probably should be an arrow on the key card to show which end should be inserted. Every other hotel I've stayed at either showed you how or there was an arrow and some kind of directions of the key card.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After we had checked out permanently my battery in my car had died and a staff member by the name Freddy gave me a jump from his truck. He was a godsend. I met him earlier during breakfast. He was taking care of the breakfast station and so kind and friendly to me and all the guests. Great person!!!

Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. Disappointed that I ended up not needing to stay as long as I booked and would be charged the same amount if I stayed or canceled. Due to this I will not be using a 3rd party to book with a hotel in the future. The not needing the extra day was unexpected.

Modern facility and located close to restaurants and retail in safe location. Staff was extremely helpful. At check out I had difficulty using a rewards debit card but the person waiting on me was very patient and helpful. We finally got the issue resolved.

Breakfast could offer more healthy choices with lower sugar content.

The breakfast was adequate… we did not know that breakfast was shorter on weekdays —- but the guy working breakfast generously put a few things together for us. He was a great guy … treat him well because he sure deserves it

Freddy at breakfast time was absolutely phenomenal! Front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly Housekeeping ladies were sweet and helpful as well! Staff here was just awesome! Decorations for Christmas was absolutely beautiful!

Can’t think of anything except that I couldn’t completely drive around the property with my car with u haul trailer. Everything was terrific with my stay

On our drive back home we were looking for a close place to the interstate, at a good price point. This hotel offered a great room, close distance to interstate and a good night sleep. Win, win in our book.

We liked everything about our stay at WestGate Comfort Inn & suites. This is our 2nd time staying at this location & it was just as good as the first to time. We travel from NY to Florida & back to NY 4 To 6 times per/year. This is definitely a great facility & excellent staff. I made an error and booked the wrong comfort Inn for our first 3 nights. I don't know how they could be so different. The I-85 staff was good, room was terrible. Check my I-85 review.
