Updated rooms from my last stay about a decade ago: lots of tv channels, not overly crowded or loud, *no pet policy, though I love & have pets I don’t trust hotels that allow animals inside to accurately check or even detect remnants of pestilence: (fleas/ticks, etc.)* so: thank you fgreatly. ❤️🙏or this rule, I appreciate it greatly.

The showers were the only consistently bad spot where I had to go out & get cleaning supplies; protective gloves, masks, eyewear, as well as shower sandals (dollar general) they were a bit too dark “grimey” to feel comfortable or clean. Staff was amazing & kind, I understand it’s a heck of a job I couldn’t get mine near perfect: perhaps next reno. Should include shower pans & waterwalls, etc. I appreciated all else however.

Super Kind & supportive staff. The property has been structurally renovated (seemingly) since about my last stay around a decade ago: nice, spacious, super comfortable bed and excellent tv channels: everything, all the sports’ channels, movies, all I could think of, even HBO 1 & 2! Blackout shades, bathroom sink/desperate from shower area: really nice updated granite countertops (on end tables & sink!) love the new calming blue & darker wood aesthetic. Very relaxing & updated.

The showers were & are my only complaint: The doors were excellent/ but I do believe the shower pans/lining walls would’ve been better served to clients that prioritize cleanliness. Now; I’m not above getting some gloves & hardcore cleaners, masks, and some shower sandals: all of which I did, because the limescale/caked on grime/mold spots were just a bit too much for my comfort.

This is more about Best Western as a whole…The property in Boiling Springs is just fine. I thought I was earning a lot of points for our stay. We actually stayed Jan. 3-14, 2023. I didn’t learn until AFTER the fact that I don’t get credits for our stay (each night) unless I check out and then later check in the same day under a new reservation. The entire time I was certain I was accruing enough points to earn a free night or 2, but truthfully I barely earned hardly any points at all! I’m sorry, but paying $123+ every night for almost 2 weeks should be rewarded more so than it was! The wording is deceiving when I read the “perks and rewards of the loyalty program!” Very very disappointed because of this!

Location, bed was comfortable, staff was polite.

Smell in the room was not pleasant. Shower was not clean. Floor and walls had mildew and water stains.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Our first room was close to the elevator and the receptionist mentioned this and indicated if we found the elevator noisy. The noise from the elevator was non existent, however, the road noise was high. We asked to move to the other side and staff arranged this and moved our cases - excellent. The new room was quiet and very good. breakfast was also good with extras made available since we were down at the end of the breakfast period. The location is good with several good restaurants close by and an excellent one in town. We went to two local, state parks and had good hikes.

For us nothing.

I loved the free breakfast every morning, the pool was nice and clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful and treated us like family. Willie was so nice and kind to my family and so helpful .

The dryer doesn’t work very well, it took 3 tries to get my clothes dry. But I’m still glad it had a washer and drying, it was extremely convenient and I’m grateful for it.

Good hotel and Ideal for our needs visiting people in Boiling Springs. Not far from main highway. Nice welcome.

Attitude of man who was supposed to refill breakfast items. Hotel guests who attend breakfast half hour before finish time are entitled to have choice of items as those who come in on opening time. He only seemed to understand that the cereal machine did not work properly when I told him, so in very poor Spanish I told him that it did not work, his English was poor, he did not refill the orange machine either, left it others but the rest of the staff were very good. Only 3 packets of jam available on last morning. He lets you down.

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a quiet location and a convenient location. I would stay here again.

The quilt on my bed was ripped front and back. This should never have been put on a bed. I showed it to housekeeping and they blamed it on staff doing laundry but I believe housekeeping should have seen it when making the bed. We aren't talking just a little rip. I would not put something like that on my bed at home. It should have been thrown away. It's a shame because the rest of the stay was perfect.

Ashlin was just superior, very friendly, pleasant and personable. Offered suggestions on places downtown, asked every day if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The other staff we came in contact with were just as pleasant. Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Would recommend this hotel, and when we come through again we will be staying here.

The fact the hotel room was very clean and it was close to 85 was a plus

I feel like the room was a little bit overpriced because of the location it was in I feel that it should have had more amenities also the continental breakfast should have been more of a protein based diet instead of all the carbohydrates and sweets for breakfast
