"An excellent standard hotel, we are very satisfied. We arrived late in the evening, almost at night. The indoor pool was already officially closed, but the receptionist said it's no problem, she would make an exception for us. The indoor pool was luxurious - with towels, showers, toilets, etc. It was pleeasant to know that the customer is cared for. The rooms were spacious and clean, the whole hotel seemed to be very clean - not only the rooms, but also the rest of the customer-accessible area. The hotel also featured a large, lit and free above-ground parking, large TVs, comfortable beds, and carpeted floors in the room. A new and immaculate building".

Everything was so fresh & clean having just opened 10 days earlier! Linens, towels & bed extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A few kinks to work out but that will come, easily with the staff they have chosen.
While chatting with some staff I heard that some benefits that normally are given to employees in hospitality industry, are not given here.

The only complaint that I have is that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the standard rooms.

The lack of refrigeration in room and only access to ice was at check in desk and has a larger cooler which everyone stuck they hands in to scoop- not very sanitary. Individual prepackaged bags wouldbr much better idea.

My family enjoyed the location but I was very disappointed with being charged for breakfast. Most high end hotels include breakfast for suites.
If I have booked a suite you should include breakfast.

The staff at the bar did not check up on us , to see if we needed anything. Two staff members working at the bar and it wasn't even busy.

Clean, quiet. Environmentally a little more conscious than other hoteles
No microwave in room, but I understand this may be why the place is so clean. The microwave in the pantry was always available and that was good!

Everything about it was exceptional! The lobby has a wow factor when you walk in. The restaurant was very good. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant were very nice. The rooms were very large and the beds were very comefortable.
