We loved the staff. So warm and welcoming. Our room this time. . The carpet needs to be cleaned. The kids feet was black from the carpet. And Saturday night the front desk told us to het out of pool around 8. Said it was lighting but a cloud in the sky. We never seen it once. But we will be back. We love it here overall. The guy who does breakfast is so welcoming.

The carpet in 404 was really bad. And staff closing pool .

I enjoyed the luxury of the indoor pool and it's hours. The breakfast was exceptional was truely amazed. I hadn't had a breakfast of this sort quite ever upon my travels to destinations and establishments. Thank u for your wonderful accommodations. I will be looking forward to a Hampton on another trip. The price for the sodas seemed a bit pricey $7.00 for two 20 ounces was a little beyond my favor, so I only purchased one.

We were getting up the following morning when a loud argument broke out across the hall. It continued while we packed our luggage and headed to our car. I told the front desk clerk about it and she said she'd handle it. And she did. When we returned for the rest of our belongings, all was quiet. As I checked out, the clerk asked (with others in earshot) "Did you find any problems in your hallway?" Nice way to disguise the question.

The breakfast could have been better don't get me wrong it was good but they didn't have gravy! Also I found clothing items in my room from the people that was there before me also the room was not vacuumed very well. Also and this may just be my family but the beds were way too hard it fwlt like sleepingon cardboard.

it was buffet base . Was fresh every morning. the staff was very helpful. we would like to stay at this location again

When entering you are welcomed by the staff. The overall appearance is very nice. I was put in a room that unfortunately had a dirty tub and Beatle bugs on the ceiling and on the phone and in the bathroom. They immediately changed my room and apologized but it was not a big deal, it was the best nights sleep I have had in a while. The bed was so comfortable you just fall into the softness like it is a cloud. Loved It!

If I would not have locked myself out while taking my luggage to the car and been able to enjoy the breakfast. LOL

The entire property was very clean. The room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was wonderful, the ladies that were in charge of the breakfast were very nice and friendly. The breakfast never ran out. They kept it stocked good unlike a lot of motels I’ve visited. The kitchen area was kept very clean!

The breakfast was decent about what you'd expect. The nearby restaurants were FANTASTIC. The wi-fi was reliable for work purposes, and I appreciated that as I can't always count on that at most hotels.

I was in the mood for a hot tub, which they didn't have, but not complaining!

Location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good. Oatmeal was not hot. Facility was clean.

Oatmeal was not hot. Was assigned 3 rooms close as requested but one room was not cleaned and the cleaning staff had left so they assigned us another room not as convenient. One room had no soap, no remote and the hair dryer did not work.

Staff was helpful and courteous.

Couldnt pay cash for food/drinks from the front desk. I know it was late in the breakfast time but there was no syrup for the waffles?
