Room was nice, clean and had queen beds. We were able to stay with our dogs. Nice to have two bathrooms! Great recommendation from front desk the night we arrived for a delivery pizza place. The breakfast staff person in the morning was.delightful. She was fun and engaging and even though breakfast hours had passed, she still went out of her way to help us.

The shower/tub was quite slippery. Even with the use of the handrail my wife and I both almost fell. Felt like the tub mad sloping. There are also no elevators at this property. I have a problem with stairs, luckily these stairs to our second floor room were manageable.

We arrived really late and everything we so well. Sometimes when you travel the 95 corridor Fl and up you get to the motel at crazy hours. Some hotels do not handle this well. Not so with this place. We didn’t wake anyone up, they were waiting for us. The room was clean and updated. Our dog was no problem with a small fee. would stay here again.

For some reason the trend is to use really small pillows on the bed. This hotel definitely leaned into this. I hate rolling off my pillow at night. Pet peeve of mine, stupid opinion but true. LOL.

Friendly staff and will help you figure out the ac unit in the room. You feel comfortable in your room. Making checking in easily, the pool area was clean and nicThe roomoom was comfortable and clean and would stay with them again!!

I had no complaints!

We got in past midnight- Amanda, the desk clerk went above and beyond to find a better room for our needs (traveling with baby, non smoking) as we were accidentally assigned a smoking room. The hotel was packed because of power outage in the area. Staff was super. it was also great that they had a HOT breakfast, a rarity these days.

Nicer than expected

we were traveling with our dog so having a first floor room that we could enter from the outside and adjacent to the dog walking areas was terrific. It is located right off I95 and convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores.

The location was convenient for where we had to go for work, Restaurants close by etc. There were great areas to walk your pets which is important in pet friendly places. Breakfast was good.

The only problem we had while staying there was the fact that each day I had to go back to the office and get our keys reactivated.

You never fully know what you're going to get with a Best Western off I95 in the south, some are good and some or worse than motel 6, but this Best Western was great! The place was clean, right off the highway, and the staff was pleasant. Overall, it was more than expected, which is a huge win!

Nice newly decorated rooms, parking right up to the front door, and I really nice swimming pool.

There was a couple strange bugs in the bathroom. Furthermore there were people shouting out over the balcony in the middle of the night and the walls are thin; it was a little hard and disturbing to sleep.

The best part was Bob who maintained the breakfast buffet with humor and an attention to detail. he made sure everything was well stocked and immaculate. His cheerfulness brightened our morning.
