Clean, conveniently located to my destination, it is obvious they’ve invested in upgrading the property over the years.

I checked in at night. Reserved my room on Booking.com but female night attendant says she did not have my reservation. She charged me $10.00 more than the rate that I reserved online. When I found my confirmation and tried to show her, she basically ignored it and continued to close out the transaction with the increased rate. Her overall attitude and demeanor throughout our interaction made me feel as though I was a bother to her. Otherwise, my stay was great. I would return to this property.

Location was convenient and the room was good.

There was no breakfast!!! Very disappointed!😏. This was one of my reasons for choosing this hotel! 😡. That was not right! When I ask the attendant about it, she brushed it off and blamed covid! But, her sign out front still advertised free breakfast! This lead me to believe that she was not being honest or fair!😏 Other hotels provide bagged breakfast which is perfect for getting on the road and not having to stop! 🙃. It was a choice not a necessity!🤷‍♀️

It was clean and quiet they could have had more channels but overall good for the amount they charge

Had to go have key reactivated every night. Housekeeping didn't clean room 2 days. Sink water with down slow.

Disappointed that no breakfast was offered on site as had been indicated . There is no dining availability in the immediate area; only fast food.

Water was not hot enough for a good hot shower but was certainly acceptable. TV reception was good but a few channels were fuzzy.

if I have to pick something it is that the refrigerator in the room had a sign on it that said “broke” It did not affect me because we only stayed one night and did not need the fridge.

Location was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

The carpet was wet in front of the bathroom so when you stepped on the tile floor you could have slipped and fallen. The manager didn’t have a reservation for me. I booked through Booking.com But he couldn’t find it. So we didn’t get the king bed but 2 double beds.

No top sheet on bed, did not really like this! Was really just a blanket. Breakfast advertised was very sparse in offerings, Coffee was very weak, OJ was SunnyD which is not really Orange Juice.

had a very nice quick sleep in between driving Lyft and Uber they held my room until almost 3 am because that’s when I get pff most nights.
