Free breakfast included with stay, coffee available downstairs, and plenty of snacks and drinks. The staff were super polite, and the area was really nice. The room was cozy and I had no issue preparing for my MCAT the night of my stay. Sheets were obviously clean, bathroom was nice. The staff at the front desk were some of the best.

The walls (and doors) seem really, really thin. I heard every conversation happening within 20 feet of my room - just a word of caution for those on a tryst. The air conditioner was really loud and woke me up a couple times just turning on, but that's just how some are, no biggie.

The staff was really amazing, those ladies know how to make someone feel welcome and made our stay well worth it! It was quiet, had lots of fun at the pool, breakfast was actually much better than most places we stay so was really nice. We’ll definitely be back!

The ONLY thing we had to complain about was the first room we had smelled like mildew from maybe not being used much and high humidity? I think if they simply had room humidifier this would solve their problems. But the lady up front just moved us to another without the issue. Either way, still HIGHLY recommend. Was a very lovely stay and would love to go back.

The first room we had smelled like straight mildew/mold. We were switched to a nice clean smelling room. The air conditioners leaked at the bottom, causing the mold smells throughout the hotel. Probably needs to be looked at. The powdered eggs are always terrible. The toilet paper is the worst kind you can get that just shreds. The carpet in the hallways was pretty stained up and could use some deep cleaning.

everything :) Staff was exceptional. so caring, accommodating and great personality! all of them! made the stay worth it alone.. the room was clean. the sofa bed was comfy! the bed was comfy! great breakfast and the staff was very on top of making sure things were stocked, things were wiped down and empty clean it was awesome! Pool was clean and fun! overall great stay! Recommend!

It was good. Easy to find.

Our room was always very damp. Nothing wet ever dried. I think it might have something to do with the a/c not pulling the moisture from the air. Also, and although THIS was a vacation, I travel A LOT for work and I stay at Best Westerns A LOT, I truly say: I HATE HATE HATE the small square pillow!!!!! No one in America sleeps with teeny pillows!! If given a choice of hotels when I travel, Best Western always loses out to another hotel because I choose the ones with REAL pillows!

From the moment we walked in until we left was great, the staff was so nice and friendly and you don't get that a lot from places. The beds were amazing, everything was spotless clean, it was so peaceful, the breakfast so fresh, hot, and good and the breakfast lady was so nice, great attitude and kept the food stocked and she talked with us as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the greeting we received upon arriving. She was very friendly and happy to see us and funny. We ended up at the desk a couple of times and even though she was in the middle of counting money; she still stopped and helped us graciously. We look forward to going back at a later date.

The people were GREAT! From the housekeeping to the front desk, everyone was so friendly! The front desk associates were so sweet and they offered great suggestions for food/things to do... especially Dusty who was so funny and kind! The hotel is in a great location... conveniently located. The room was nice...comfy beds, nice jetted tub. The place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good, and Carol, the breakfast attendant was an absolute sweetheart! We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Not enough towels...we stayed 3 days, and had to keep asking for towels...but the staff were always friendly and gave us what we requested. In the grand scheme, that was a tiny inconvenience that the friendliness of the staff more than compensated for!

main issue was a very off-putting smell that hit us as soon as we stepped into the room- like a mildew smell mixed with the smell of a strong scented carpet cleaner, one of those you never want to use because it is so irritating

Very comfortable bed. Right next to I10 so this was convenient. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet had a few nice options. Only used the pool once but had it to myself.

The eggs on the buffet were not quite done enough to my liking. It would be nice if the pool had a heater as it is on the side of the building that is in shade pretty early in the afternoon.
