Room was comfortable and clean. Location is good.

Restaurant was terrible. Service and food were both bad. Explains why it was empty the entire 4 days I was there.

I liked the staff I also liked the fact that it was one of the stops for the water taxi. There was a mall right next door. The beach was a 38 minute 2 mile walk and we actually enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. The little kitchenette provided a way for us to enjoy breakfast without breaking the bank. I do however recommend the hotel's restaurant we ate dinner the first day and breakfast on my birthday and the food and service was awsome.

The sofa bed was broken but they did offer to have someone look at it but my aunt declined so that wasn't so bad we were able to deal with it.

The Water Taxi was by far one of the greatest experiences and way to get around to see the sights. Also enjoyed being next to the Galleria Mall. My room was really great although I didn't stay in it very long as I was attending a wedding Would have liked a chance to check out the beach but maybe next time. Nice lounge area on the canal and lots to see just hanging out there. Also, the fitness room, although small, packed a lot of punch - including a Peleton bike, weights and treadmill.

The lighting could have been better and brighter as I was on the street side vs. the water side. The bathroom was also missing a hairdryer. I called to see if I could get an earlier check in that day, and they said they should be able to accomodate me. However, when I got to the hotel at 2:00, they said they would call me when there was an availability. At 3:50 I checked in with the front desk again and they had no recollection of my request (I guess a changing of staff) but I did get a room.

The staff at the desk was amazing and put me in a higher floor for no extra cost. They are attentive, respectful and try their best to make you comfortable. The location is AMAZING!! I book rooms frequently for date nights with the wife and this is in the top two. It's a quarter mile from a mall, shopping and fine dining. A half mile from the beach. It's a step outside to a water taxi stop and jetski rentals. The room has separate sitting and sleeping rooms which I love since we are on different amount of hours of sleep needed but it's ROOM! It has a small fridge, cook top and dishwasher. The ocean side had nice views of the sun rise and traffic viewing. You will have noise of boats and such but it's not as bad as people. At times valet was slow or seemed to forget they needed to get my car until I gave them a slight reminder. Otherwise they were great. I had one guy who took care of me most of the time and the way he moved I tipped him well.

The beds only had two pillows we had to ask for more and it didn't have a duvet or cover only sheets. The AC when it first kicked on I thought someone was opening the door and ran to the door READY! The ice machine was broken so ice had to be gotten at the front desk. Parking my own car wasn't an option so add $35 per day to your cost. The restaurant is shutdown. The balconies are only semi-private so no coffee and sun on the skin. I'm not sure if it was my room but I had one trash can in the whole place.

The location of the property and the view we had was astonishing.

I didn’t like the shower drain backing up. I also didn’t like finding someone else’s forgotten belongs in the pullout bed. Not sure when they last checked and cleaned there.

The location was in the right location. We were close to everything.

Also the window in the room need to be replaced. I was not able to sleep you can hear everything that happens outside meaning traffic, boats and people. The glass outside on top near the entrance need to be clean or replaced. Parking fee is to high just to park the car a few feet away from the entrance that’s just crazy. We also got stuck in the elevator we had to call for help.

The property is beautiful. It’s located close to the beach and has a lot of shops and restaurants surrounding it. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and the housekeepers were great.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay for parking but it’s still a 10/10 for me.

Close to restaurants & shops which made it easy to walk including the beach. Water taxi was very accessible. Bartenders at the outside area were both very friendly and accommodating. Tuesday morning - front desk lady was very helpful in getting room changed. Normally, do not complain but had a headache in the morning from the smell & we tried to air out with balcony door Bad note below: Check in staff on Monday was rather rude and didn’t acknowledge us.. never have had that happen. But was able to check in early which was nice however, see above note. I’m a Hilton member and comment made that I booked through Booking.

1. Our first room smelled of drugs and had water on the carpet so moved us to a different room. 2nd room better but hotel does need some TLC to be honest 2. Hot tub needed to be drained for smelled like and looked like dirty laundry water.. very disappointing 3. see bad note in “good” section

I like that I was able to enjoy the restaurant and outside bar. My previous stay they were both closed so, it was nice to see that they were open this time. Also, Carmelita was accommodating when asking for a later check out.

I didn't like that housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9am saying we was supposed to be checked out. Not to mention we still had 2 days left for our stay..
