Full country breakfast. All of the ladies who prepared the breakfast did a wonderful job! The food was great. And, they were very friendly.

Only had one roll of tissue in our room. It was three of us girls! So, we ran out of bath tissue on our last day. We used Kleenex those last hours; no need to bother front desk! Also, the trash can was tiny. So, it filled quickly. We used a paper bag for our trash the last day. And, needed an extra blanket in our room. The spread/comforter was quite thin!

the staff was top rate. The person that checked me in was incredibly inviting and accommodating. The individual that monitored the pool area for wristbands did a fantastic job of being sure that the rules were being followed and unforced. and lastly, the 2 people that served the breakfast to our wild and crazy crew at 7AM were amazing and made waking up early to go to the ballpark so much more pleasant. Those individuals made our stay much better than expected for a hot and rainy weekend.

The property/building could use a little TLC.

Breakfast was very filling and with attentive staff. I do wish I was able to go bk to my room where I left my children, upon speaking w the attendant she allowed it. I loved this..rational thinking without making a huge deal out of it or saying she needed approval. She allowed herself to be professional and put my children's safety before policy understanding that my situation was not textbook And needed flexibility. I'm deaf w deaf kids who assumed their mom would be bk .. my kids then went and sat n ate their breakfast. I love when companies train and give their employees the confidence to make adjustments w quick thinking skills for different situations. She made my morning less anxious all by just letting me take a waffle to my room.💐💐💐💐

The room was very nice. Everything was clean and worked. The breakfast had a mix of hot food and cold food. You had to ask for waffle mix, but it was the perfect size. Overall, everything was great. Our family room was huge.

We had a hard time finding our room, but we soon realized it is the building behind that looks like a different hotel. It was our fault because it looked different.

Breakfast was great…! Good selection of food. Cordial attendant…!

Check in clerk was argumentative about previously arranged early check in… My wife and I are 79 years old, and we drove 5 hrs and arrived at 9 minutes until 2:00pm. (Our previously arranged check it time.) Said it was “Company Policy”. We had to stand around and wait, until exactly 2:00…! Really!!! I will remember this next time I choose booking with Best Western…!

The atrium where we ate breakfast. The pool was nice. There was a situation with our toilet in our room. They sent maintenance to fix, unfortunately still could not get it to flush properly. They switched out our room. It was great!

Broken toilet, first room, didn’t seem bathroom had been cleaned.

The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was super friendly. Even tho it was under construction I still had ease of getting around in my boot as I had a fractured ankle at the time of my visit. Rooms were super clean and well kept.

The fact the hot tub was broken. Was really looking forward to that with my ankle injury.

The rooms in the atrium were very nice. Even though the two room on the outside were very nice. The breakfast was great.

I thought I booked all three of our rooms in the atrium, but two were not. They were not able to change them because they were prepaid with booking.com

When I arrived I was told that the room I reserved was unavailable 🥺 but I was told that my room was upgraded to a suite for the same price 🤩 I really appreciated that!

Sorry, but I dislike the water pressure in the shower. Wish it was a little stronger. It was also very humid in the breakfast area.

the staff was very nice to me and accomodating when had to leave early. i was there for the birth of my grandson.

i dont think theres anything that stands out i didnt like. the toiletries were provided via wall dispenser but they were all empty. i didnt ask for them to be filled tho. i brought my own.
