The complimentary continental breakfast is a rarity st this price point and it's quite good. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms well appointed.

Check in was easy. The young man who checked us in was extremely efficient and polite. The hotel is in a safe location with good lighting in the parking area. The breakfast was the same as any of the hotels that offer *free* breakfast ... that includes the pricier hotel brands. It is all the same fruit, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage ... must say this hotel had ham. Everything was clean and well kept. The breakfast bar was constantly monitored to keep things fresh and appealing. The towels and.linens were nice.

At this.price point there was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.

we were traveling to meet family and arrived rather late at night! the staff was so kind, accommodating and quick! our bed was incredibly comfortable and so clean! if we ever had to travel with the babies there is plenty of room for both pack n plays (woohoo twins!😂). now, the breakfast! we got to the lobby about 20min before breakfast ended and there was very little hot food left, but what was left was delicious! the selection of food items to take to go was excellent especially since we had a seven hour car ride home! this will be a must stay stop for our NC-CT trips from now on!

location is perfect for me, close to shopping, removed from the hotel cluster on the other side of Eisenhower, close to turnpike, never worried about safety in this area.

I stay here often. It’d be nice if they’d spend a lil $$ to get the 2nd elevator back in service. I like the fact that the rear door lock hadn’t worked since the 1st time I stayed here. Makes it easy to get guests in. And generally speaking, any facility that offers me the ability to do a load of laundry should offer detergent and a change machine.

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The guy really tried to help accommodate the room situation with the unsanitary and uncleanness.

The first room had dirty linen on the couch. The next room that was changed was disgusting, the tub was filled with water and dirt. The last room, I was given smelled like cat so I had to keep spraying the room to kill the odor.

Of the five hotels we stayed in on our trip, this one had the best breakfast and coffee. The bed was the most comfortable. The tub had sturdy hand rails for getting in and out of the tub. Both room and bathroom were very spacious.

When we checked in, we overheard one staff member ask the other if Room 411 had been fixed. The reply was in the affirmative. However, as we entered the elevator a maintenance man instructed us that we needed to handle the lock with care. After countless attempts to open the door, we were unsuccessful. We returned to the front desk, explained the situation and were promptly given a new room. We had no further difficulties.

I love the room, very comfortable and clean. Very spacious, breakfast was good.

When I checked in the front desk clerk a young men with glasses, was not friendly. No eye contact or smile whatsover. The other fd clerks, the ladies were friendly and very helpful. A plus point, even when I arrived hours before check in time, I was given a room.

Roomy accomodations with work desk & office chair, plus stuffed chair and ottoman. Decent price. Easy to get to the hotel from the interstate. Restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was only so-so. NO sausage in the gravy. No hot sauce. Pool (inside) was closed. Only 1 elevator seemed to work. Shower seemed awfully narrow compared to others. I know....I'm a whiner!

The location was great. Didn't have the breakfast. We had a large room. I had my grandson so it gave him plenty of room to play. Very happy with everything. Will stay here again.

The only thing I was alittle disappointed was the cable. Only a few channels although my grandson loved the cartoon channels but once he went to sleep it would have been nice to have a little more variety.

Easy to find off the highway. Great size room with a comfortable bed and awesome water pressure. There is a fridge, microwave , and a Keurig with pods The breakfast was great, eggs, ham, pancakes, biscuits, and gravy! They even had a cappuccino machine. They also had a gym, pool, and laundry .
