The room is of a nice size, as is the bathroom. Both were clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is easy to navigate to. O'Reilly's is a nice Pub that is attached to the hotel.

No channel guide for the TV. Low water pressure in the bathroom sink. The room was on the first floor and only about 100 or so feet from the highway but there was not enough sound-proofing on the windows or the walls facing the highway. Thus it was an annoyance when the early morning traffic picked up.

I appreciated how professional and courteous the desk staff were. I liked that the hotel felt busy and high-functioning (felt like pre-covid, good energy). Loved that they had an attached restaurant available. We stayed in a recently renovated room. It was super clean and had a very very comfortable bed. Bonus for me that there was no intrusive air “freshener” being used. There was a game room downstairs next to the pool. Needed actual cash for the machines. Needless to say, my 12 year old was pretty happy to spend some time in there.

We were so impressed with the staff. They went above and beyond when asked for assistance or recommendations. They were friendly and professional. Everyone smiled and greeted us. The facilities were terrific. I can tell the hotel was recently renovated. We loved the room setup, and the price for the rooms was (very spacious) great. My only suggestion is to add one more lamp to the room near the large mirror by the bathrooms. It was a bit dark even with all the lights on. :) Otherwise, it was clean, well-designed, and had fantastic staff. I wish I had had time to swim in the pool, but we did go in and check it out.

I wish the coffee bar were closer to the hotel lobby and not near the restaurant.

Friendly staff! Our room was quiet, had a comfortable bed, and was nicely decorated. There were also plenty of power outlets and USB ports to keep our devices charged. It was a plus to not have to ask for our room to be cleaned and restocked daily. Free wifi throughout the hotel was very good, especially in the main lobby. We enjoyed having breakfast at O'Reilly's Taproom and Kitchen but did not try them for dinner. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants, and pharmacies.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than we preferred, but it was clean and well-stocked. The wifi in the room was spotty and required calls to the front desk to have its router rebooted. Once it was up, internet speeds were high enough for streaming. If you need to get some work done, head down to the main lobby where the internet connection is more reliable.

Hotel is about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It has an indoor heated pool and restaurant onsite. Very good Irish pub. Convenient breakfast buffet with togo option. Room was spacious and convenient with fridge. Laundry onsite was also perfection. It was nice having a second entrance towards the back of the hotel so we could park closer to our room. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately our room was on the poolside view. Although the view was nice, the room reeked of chlorine. The first night was strong. We must have gotten used to it the rest of the week. Would request a room away from the pool next time.

The property was exceptionally clean, check in was fast and hassle free. My room was ready when I got there and was very clean and comfortable. I was even more impressed at how quiet it was even with the amount of kids in the hotel that weekend. Definitely the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. The restaurant on site was very nice also the food was great. Highly recommend!

The pool was a little colder than expected for it to be indoor, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it.

Weekend Hershey trip! The check in process was quick and easy. The hotel is clean great lobby. We booked a double bed for four. The room was spacious and most importantly clean. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly, they made sure we were all set. Our room was on the third floor it faced the indoor pool. Little noise from the indoor pool, but not bad final swim at 10 pm afterwards very quiet. The hotel restaurant O’Rileys was good great menu selection. I’d recommend this hotel especially families forgot to mention Pet Friendly.

The elevator near our room was rough.

The hotel front lobby is beautiful, and had a lot of character. LOVE the stone look. Employees were great, even the maintenence guys hated us that was nice. Pool was great, exercise room and availability was awesome.

Too expensive, for what we paid the bathroom small lighting inn bathroom and room horrible. The bed should be the main focus and for almost$600 for 2 nights we should have been a at the least sleeping on a bed made of clouds. It was probably worth 200 dollars for the 2 nights. Had to pay for breakfast, that should have been disclosed at reservation. Paying for water and juice at that rate wasn't cool. If you're going to charge those rates the hotel rooms should be updated, at least i would know where the money was going. Bathroom way too small you can sit on toilet, put your hand in shower and other hand in sink. Small for 2 people trying to get dressed, can't imagine if there were children.

The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The General Manager Stephanie is the best I've ever encountered in my many years of travel. She is very knowledgeable of her hotel and everything that goes on within it. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is older but very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff was also friendly and helpful. Our grandson is all about swimming and the pool was very clean and well maintained, again being an older hotel. There's a nice game room for kids. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Irish restaurant O'Reilly's. Big portions and reasonably priced and we loved the authentic Irish pub decor. Hotel's location was excellent for our excursions. Construction on the Capital Beltway over the past few years widened the highway and exits and coming and going was always a breeze.
