The hotel was clean and inexpensive compared to others of the same class in the area. It had a decent breakfast each morning, which is typical of these box type hotels. The staff was friendly.

The parking lot seemed a little small, but adequate for the size of the building. Some visitors had trailers which took up extra space, so that may have just been a fluke. It was tough to find local news channels due to the Roku / Direct TV set up, but my son loved the variety of other programming (so good and slightly bad).

King bed. Most comfortable bed and pillows out of 4 places we stayed at! All you can eat, serve yourself breakfast included was a real money saver. (Yes it was powdered eggs...but not bad. With sausage. 4 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Toast, bagels, English muffins. Cold yogurt and butter in little fridge. Make your own hot waffles. Syrup, honey, jelly. Fresh fruit. Microwave. Nathan (?) at front desk on 10.30.22 was so nice, polite and helpful. He upgraded our room and gave us two free appetizer coupons for Texas Roadhouse which we used. Almost $20 value! Also gave us two 10% off coupons but TR wouldn't let us use both coupons. If there's not a lot of foot traffic we recommend our king bed room #109 on the first floor. Easy access to back door, front desk and ice/vending machines. No other room on one side (stairwell...was noisy a couple times) but overall a quiet room with a microwave & mini fridge, and a bonus kitchenette with a full apartment fridge/freezer, stove with oven, sink and cabinets with a few plates and cups. But no pots pans silverware, condiments etc. Bring your own for extended stay...and save tons of money!! Room had very responsive A/C and heat. The largest bathroom and the largest TV of any place we stayed at this trip. Had an ok couch with foot stool tucked in under small round table. Room was dated...but clean, no smell!, no bugs, lots of clean towels. Toilet flushed strong and quickly. Lots of hot water and good adjustable shower head in shower. Water drained in tub, no backed up water. Overall...not the Hilton but not bad. Best value for money, breakfast included, for a quick overnight or an extended stay with kids to see area attractions. Would definitely stay again if price point around $100 per night or less. Easy access to 83/81 and other highways and quick and easy access to many restaurants, gas, stores.

Building exterior is not the most attractive. Only one very tight entrance to property...can't really drop off / pick up right in front. But after checking in, the back door was helpful for us. There is no "view" except for metal garage or sheds...at least from our room. However...none of these are things the hotel can really do anything about realistically. The interior however clearly needs updating....but then the reasonable rates would go up too! The sink drain metal "grate/cover" holes needs to be cleaned out (with a metal pick or something similar)

We have stayed here several times, the location is surrounded by or near restaurants, retail stores, and easy on/off access to the interstate. The staff is always accommodating and courteous. The rooms are clean, and the maids are glad to provide extra towels if needed.

I almost always request a room not facing the street so that I can sleep without hearing trucks pass by. There are not a trucks that pass, but every once in awhile, I can hear one!

The people that work at this Comfort Inn are so friendly and accommodating. We were definitely treated like guests. The housekeeping staff always smiled and greeted us. Our room was spotless. The morning manager, Vinay, was awesome. He not only spoke to everyone that were having breakfast, he made sure that everything was perfect. The Harrisburg science center was not open on a day that was rainy, and he saved the day by recommending a local attraction that we thoroughly enjoyed. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

We had such a positive experience, I can think of nothing negative.

I heard every heavy footed step & music from the people above me till 1am or close to it. My door was opened at 6:53am as I was walking into the bathroom to shower and if I hadn't had the locking mechanism on, they would have been face to face with me. My security & privacy was breached and I felt unsafe and left as soon as I could get my things together. Manager apologized but didn't want to discuss it.

My family and I really enjoyed everything about this location. Even upon making a reservation the staff was excellent. They helped with a question immediately. We got to meet the GM Vinay. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. Was very attentive to his guests. The room was clean and a very nice size with high ceilings. We did not feel tight in the space, and the linens and bathroom amenities work just perfect. The breakfast was really great! We loved the hot waffles, coffee with dome lids, and the freshly baked cookies by Vinay.

The hotel is very clean the beds are comfortable. The Staff at the hotel was amazing. It was truly one of the friendliest and welcoming groups of people that I've ever encountered while staying at a hotel. I really felt like the people working and managing the place truly love their job. They have a buffet breakfast which was also very good.

The general manager is extremely welcoming and friendly!! We looked forward to seeing him whwn we came down. The staff was very friendly as well. The free breakfast in the morning is really good.

The pool was TINY. 10 person maximum. The rooms could be updated a bit and fixed up. For example, our bathroom had a hole in the wall from a towel hanger they moved and they didn't bother patching it up, so it's just a hole in the wall. No mattress covers on the mattresses kinda weirded me out. I did check for bed bugs and there weren't any.

Eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, milk and more for breakfast with popsicles, icecream, or homemade cookies to go. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. So kid friendly. I misplaced an item, called back, and they quickly checked for it and returned my call. Our basement room was secluded from people and noise, yet close to everything, perfect for our grandsons

absolutely loved the set up of the room! beautiful bathroom, and lots of room! the breakfast was very good and the manager/owner (i think) was very helpful with making sure everyone got enough food before starting the day!

the only issue we had was with how the neighbors and upstairs neighbors behaved.. they were very loud and didn’t understand most people don’t stay up until 2 am to party.. some of us actually wanted to sleep. Even though this wasn’t the hotels fault, it was simply the only issue i had with this hotel.. especially since the walls were thin *like people have been saying*.. but in all respect, that’s not the hotels fault.. it’s simply people not knowing manners. :)
