I had read some concerning reviews online, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel to be clean and safe with friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable bed, and very quiet! Plus, good water pressure in the shower, which I always value. Housekeeping was great.

The hotel is a little worn, but nothing terrible. Things seemed clean. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked a little better than I would have expected. Ellensburg lodging always seems a little expensive, but this place was pretty good and I felt okay about the price.

The pool was great. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was nice and friendly. They even asked us what floor we preferred to be on. The room was clean. The ac was already on in our room, which was great with the heat outside. For a quick overnight, it was good for what we paid for it.

I did think there should have been a bigger TV for a room with 2 queens. We did have loading issues showing up while watching a movie. The kids obviously didn't like that. The mini fridge wasn't very cold.

The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and cheerful. They gave us a very quiet room as requested. The room was large and very clean. We did not have the breakfast so don't know what it was like.

The pillows on the beds (4 each) were square, large, and impossible to make comfortable. They were on the hard side and there was little difference in them, like 2 soft, 2 hard. The bed was decent.

The room keys had to be reset several times during our stay, not only for my room, but others as well. The staff said the keys sometimes have to be reset, but after going down to the front desk four times in one day to have the keys reset, it did become an inconvenience.

Quite floor and as someone under 21 I was glad to have a place to book that was also safe feeling. The stage was very kind and I was able to call them when I forgot to put the do not disturb on my door before leaving and they were very kind to note that I didn’t need service.

My room key, I had to try it almost 5 times every time to get in the room or other doors. It doesn’t have an elevator so I had to take my bags up 3 floors. Honestly it sounds a lot worst then it really was though.

The front desk staff are professional,friendly and well trained. Check in was very smooth and I was given the specific room reserved even though I checked in late. The property is older but is well cared for and updated. The room was spotlessly cleaned and the tv and wifi sysytems are excellent. I really appreciate the extended pool hours and the spa area is outstanding with a jetted jjacuzzi and plenty of clean towels. The value here is outstanding and the location is perfect for exploring the mountains and Eastern Washington. If you have an electric car there is a large charging station here as well.

There is nothing to complain about. The property is well managed and cared for. The expectations cannot be higher for this tier of lodging.

Staff was friendly.

The clerk at check in insisted on making a photocopy of my credit card for “incidentals” (there was nothing that I could see that would be an incidental charge in my room) and this was after I had already pre-paid my room on Booking.com. I don’t see why that’s necessary or appropriate. The clerk in the morning appeared surprised when I asked for the copy and said “oh we will just throw it away when you’ve checked out.”

The location & staff are great.

It’s more like a vintage college dorm room, with a bathroom. It’s a bit dingy but for just laying our heads for the night, is perfectly clean and very reasonably priced.

We had a dog with us. I loved the flooring in the room. We used potty pads but if the dog missed the potty pad it would have been easy to clean up. The breakfast could have used some kind of protien eggs or meat. There was also a nice area to take your dog to the bathroom outside.

I’ve stayed at this location before and left after one night. I noticed that it’s under new ownership and a new name so I decided to give it another try because the price is good. I was very surprised. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. I work in the city twice a year and I’ll definitely be staying here in the fall.

The outside of the building can use some updating and paint and unfortunately three out of the four days I was there, someone was smoking marijuana and I can smell it in my room.
