The hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, and large. The room had several layered curtains and blinds so you could let light in if you wanted to. There was plenty of parking, and the breakfast was great.
The sink was located outside the bathroom which was a bit odd. Other than that, taking an evening walk down the road into town for some dinner was a bit of an eye opener. There were a lot of crackheads and gangs roaming around. Didn't feel safe at all. Don't let that put you off exploring the town though. Yakima has lots to offer. Just use a car or Uber. Seriously, at one point I thought I was going to get stabbed.

I stayed here at two different times in August 2023 in two different rooms. The first time I had to wait for a room as I arrived early, but they gave me a great one with a little kitchennette, microwave, big bed, frig and a kitchen sink. I also had the bathroom area and another sink. There was plenty of room to park my bike inside and an easy chair and desk...all modern and clean. I loved it. The second room was just as great, but the micro wave and kitchen were missing. There was a frig. Clean and quiet eventhough on the ground floor next to parking lot. Breakfast was great too with hot and cold choices as well as fruit, cereal and pastries...and more. Eating area was spacious and clean with big tv. I would stay there again if I was passing through Yakima again. Easy access from the major interstate highway. Gas station just down the street. Take your own dinner fixings as there wasn't much to walk to near by.
It would have been nice to have had a restaurant in the establishment. After driving for 5 hours and encountering forest fire smoke and rain, I just didn't want to go out looking for someplace to eat. I ate oatmeal that I had in my travel kit ..hot..which was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers free parking. After a friendly welcome, we were able to move into our spacious and clean room. The furnishings are modern and contemporary. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was typical American with waffles and bagels, but croissants (not the French ones) and burritos were also offered. That was something different and very tasty.
As other guests have already mentioned, there are many homeless people in the immediate surroundings of the hotel. However, it must also be emphasized that the hotel and the grounds themselves are very tidy. However, a car is highly recommended for trips to the city center.

Excellent location right off I-82, a motel so can park close to room. Comfy and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Shared patio off of the main lobby had fire pit and front desk has s'mores kits - yum! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Two of the rooms did not have a microwave. The keys failed on the second day for two of the rooms - had to walk back to front desk to get reprogrammed. On the main road so there is traffic noise - we were expecting this. No elevators and first floor rooms have six or so steps from parking lot but no railings. (No safety bars in shower in any of our rooms. Ask for ADA rooms if you need such accommodations.)

The staff was available and very supportive. Variety of complementary breakfast foods were available with fresh coffee. The property and room were exceptionally clean. Parking was available and convenient to our room. Extra ice was needed and the host was very helpful. The hotel was located just off of our hwy route. The prices were affordable. The rooms were a bit small but more than adequate for our travel needs. Se REALLY appreciated the size of the room refrigerator and the personal size Keurig in the room. We were able to refrigerate foods from our cooler and repackage it all…ready to go the next day with a fresh start! We didn’t use the pool so I can’t provide feedback on that amenity but it was a met our needs perfectly!

The room was spacious and decorated simply. I loved the lights on the bedside, the little bendable book light was perfect. The chair in the room was cozy with the footstool. Nice big shower/bathtub combo. The hotel was a different name and own the last time I was there, I didn't recognize it until I pulled in the driveway. Breakfast was filling and had plenty of options.
Neighborhood is still a bit sketchy but it isn't the hotels fault. There were plenty of people walking around that either were from our hotel or the one next door and no one seem bothered.

The king size bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet. Other guests did not disturb us. Traffic noise did not disturb us. The unit was clean and had been updated not too long ago. Staff were helpful and friendly. The front office supplies gets with bottled drinking water, fruit drinks, iced tea, and cookies. There is a nice swimming pool.
There was comfortable seating only for one person -- for two would be better. There was an office chair, but I don't consider such a chair to be comfortable seating (e.g., where one might sit to read a book). There was a kitchenette but it had almost nothing but a sink, fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. No cutlery. No plates. Only paper cups for coffee.

The whole property was very clean and inviting. Pool was sparkling and refreshing. Rooms have modern updated furnishings and staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was totally adequate to get the day started, even had almond milk available for dairy-less friends. It was nice to have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Easy access on and off Highway too.
The only negative is perhaps the surrounding location. This is not the fault of the hotel by any means. It ties to a much bigger problem. A number of businesses including restaurants were closed up. We noticed also quite a few homeless hanging around the general area, not at the hotel. Made us not want to walk to the nice little Indian cuisine restaurant about 5 blocks down. Worth taking the car though.

This hotel is definitely not 2 star, the room might have recently been remodeled it was in pristine condition and well kept, we heard nothing from any other guests in rooms sharing walls the lovely lady behind the front desk gave us breakfast at out late check in for our early morning the following day. We're from nearby Ellensburg and stayed at a hotel in town before a bright and early induction at the big city hospital for our twins. She was very kind to be sure we had breakfast before the big day! The to go breakfast was pretty good, we ate it hours later microwaved at the hospital and it was still better than hospital food or vending machine food
Nothing to complain about, pleasantly surprised it wad much nicer than we expected with Google saying only 2 star and finding a nice new looking building, reception and room
