Hotel was great, over night security parking was free and there was garage breakfast was good everyday and i had kitchen living room spa tub it was like an apartment and free laundry for guest just bring your own soap but you can buy at the front desk for very reasonable price 1.00 a load soap but washer dryer was free gym was nice and pool hot tub in doors as well

Alot of homeless (alot) were always coming through and asking for money, drugs or tobacco products. About 8.times.a.day But if you reported it to the front desk or to security , they would remove them from the property quietly

It was great having Kitchen facilities in our room. Breakfast was always good! The staff was very accommodating with any requests! It was a great place to stay, had charging station for our EV. Rooms were very nice.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Had to take tylenol at night in order to sleep; husband woke up each day with terrible back ache. I had to ask the front desk to have folks smoke somewhere else besides the front door area. There was no way to enter without walking through cigarette smoke. Very hard on my breathing. They did, but the same people continued to go out and stand 10' from the entrance.

Spacious room with large and comfy bed. There is a compact pantry with fridge, microwave, stove &cooking utensil as well as coffee machine in room. The hotel offer free coffee and tea (self service) 24 hours. Attach to hotel entrance, there is gas station with minimart inside. The shop provide various kind of drink, snack, ice cream, also some frozen and instant food until 2:00 am. On the other side of highway, there are also have many shops (including 7/11) and restaurants. If you have a plan to visit “Boeing Future of Flight”, you may get the by Uber with in 10 mins. Lastly, staffs are friendly and helpful

Breakfast was great. The staff were attentive and helpful. The decor is very funky and indicative of the region.

The hotel address does not reflect the location of the hotel when driving. The parking was very full. There were youth sports teams at the hotel and the guardians were negligent in managing their behavior. This is not a reflection on the hotel, but a great reason to deny them access in the future. Some examples were the teens running through the hallways and screeching, dumping water in the elevator, leaving a mess in the pool area and in the dining area.

The staff were wonderful, the spa bathtub was a life saver, the room was large and comfy.

The dishwasher leaked, the carpet barriers had some nails poking through. Other than that we were happy.

Was on the first floor near the entrance. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the breakfast. I'm glad we were able to get some groceries and cook in the room. The bathroom was wonderful. It's great that it had free laundry. That way, we didn't have to bring lots of clothes

There are not enough handicap parking spots. Wish there was a seat for the shower since it was a walk-in. Wish there was a small oven and a larger skillet. The skillet was perfect for eggs . It is limited to what we cooked. Wish the beds were 4 inches lower.

Room was spacious, clean,, had a nice kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, coffeemaker, microwave, kitchen sink, and utensils. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of good choices. I enjoyed the wafflemaker. We only needed an overnight accomodation but would have enjoyed staying longer.

The neighborhood was populated by possible drug traffic and people loitering with questionable intent. With a security guard and visible police presence, it made things less intimidating.

The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. He was able to give information about restaurants in the area, get us some extra pillows and was very patient with a glitch we had at check in. The room was very clean , with a full kitchen ( large fridge and freezer was great). Very nice pool and hot tub and the included hot breakfast was great. Bonus for us, they had a free EV charger in the parking lot for our car.

room was large & completely kitchen furnished -- all utilities & ware included . breakfast offerings were complete & well presented -- definitely something for everyone. staff was very welcoming & very helpful. all this plus pool, hot tub & fitness equipment.

can't be helped that location & immediate surroundings don't have much to offer, in that it's located back off of typical retail hwy area ...

The room was very large, the kitchenette was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and the spa tub was massive and relaxing.

The spa tub has a auto cleaning function that you aren't warned about so you will be laying in bed late at night after relaxing and suddenly be startled by cleaning sound randomly going off for about 20 minutes after using the tub. Breakfast was satisfactory, but eggs had a weird texture.
