The location was deliberately chosen to be within a short distance of my mother's residence, as visiting her was he principal reason for coming to the US in general and Lynnwood in particular. The staff make the place, in particular the GM Leilani and the front counter staff. Very helpful indeed.

Breakfast. More variety and no paper plates or plastic cutlery.

Checking in was quick and easy and our room was spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful and great with answering any questions we had. With the pool/spa, parlor room, gym and free breakfast I can't think of anything this hotel doesn't have. Our stay was wonderful and we can't wait to book the Homewood Suites again soon.

There are no vending machines, but the hotel makes up for that by having a selection of things that they sell near the front desk.

breakfast was good and filling. I never missed my breakfast because of this. Location was awesome everything you need is closer to this hotel. I just loved the location of this hotel.

Timing of the breakfast. I wanted it to end around 11 or 12. So everyone could enjoy the yummiest breakfast.

Room and breakfast were fine. Location suited us.

Were told after we checked in that rooms, etc. were cleaned only once a week. We didn't mind that but should have been told prior to booking. When we expressed this, the staff then did clean our rooms and gave us clean towels every day. We had stayed here before and so had expectations based on that.

Friendly staff, great location as it was surrounded by stores, restaurants, and the major roadways, $10 off grub hub coupon, free parking. Our room was large, clean, and the kitchen and items in it was great. Nice shower!

The ceiling fan in the room needed a little wd-40.

Unfortunately we had people above us who were very loud all night.... Also the AC unit in the bedroom area made an annoying sound every time the cold air was running and we didnt notice it until we laid down to go to sleep. You could also tell the floor of shower in the pool area hadn't been cleaned in some time.

Great stay. Staff was very helpful. Chris and Lory went out of their way to help my wife locate some missing clothes. Will stay there again.

Breakfast was okay. Limited variety of food. Fruit was okay. Good coffee. Friendly breakfast staff.

The pictures on the booking site did not do the room justice. It was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat cause we had to pack and get going. I loved staying here.

You have to pay for parking. How come a hotel charges for parking. We are paying for staying. And the location is not close to any public transportation. So you need your car. And parking is not cheap.

Spacious room on 6th floor and no road noise at all! Room had a ceiling fan which is so great when you need circulation but don’t need AC. King Bed was comfy. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was open and good size. Included breakfast was open till 10am.

Kitchen stuff for our room was limited and the pan was in bad shape so didn’t use it, also no spatula. Breakfast in main lobby wasn’t great, potatoes were undercooked and oatmeal was watery. Grateful for any hot breakfast these days but for the price and Hilton name, expected better quality options.
