Very clean and well-maintained building and rooms, staff were very helpful and took time to answer questions--never got the feeling that I was interfering with their work or bothering them. Example: Went to desk to get extra blankets. We were talking about it while waiting for the desk clerk who was on the phone. The maintenance man who was nearby said he'd get the blankets so we didn't have to wait.

Not used to the Wisconsin weather and were cold the first night, but the extra blankets helped a lot.

With the exception of the shower the room was great. No edge to retain water from shower and shower curtain was raised so water flowed directly from shower out onto bathroom floor. It was necessary to get several towels from staff to retain flow of water and prevent water from flowing into carpeted area. Staff on duty was very helpful with great attitude. Have never seen shower area like it and believe this needs attention.

The best part of this place was being able to buy beer and wine at the front desk. We got to try a local beer that was just what we were looking for. If they could serve more local beers, it would be fantastic!

Very few complaints. The hotel was hopping with people, so I didn't feel like going to breakfast right away.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good.

Two things: 1. The reading lamps were too low wattage and diffuse. They were more the indirect light variety than the illuminate the book type. 2. There’s no trash can in the bathroom. Clearly a bathroom designed by and for men. No one wants to walk into the main area with used feminine hygiene products.

Hot tub looks gross, there's some sort of rusting and it looks dirty. To book my stay on booking.com the price for 2dbl beds was a huge price increase than 1king bed. My garbage was overflowing and housekeeping nvr checked in with us

Loved the Happy Hour - $1.00 for pretty darned good glass of wine! The pool area, though we didn't use it, is very impressive; large and very clean.

Breakfast was so-so, but for an included breakfast, not much more to be expected. Hot water was tepid in the shower not hot.

Coffee was allowed to get cold by the middle of the day, could have been refreshed. Key card didn't work most of the time to enter the room. Had to keep going to the front desk to enter the room. Worked fine for the exterior side door entrance.

I didn’t like that our room had an adjoining door to a group of teens and could hear their conversation as if they were in our room
