Spotless hotel. Both in the lobby, breakfast area, elevators, hallways and room. Breakfast was standard but there were two staff available to constantly refill coffee and hot food. Front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. The decor was modern clean and comfortable in the lobby as well as in the room. The bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby had a small snack area for purchase that was well stocked. It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel who's attention to cleanliness, detail and customer satisfaction has been so good.

I could not find anything to dislike.

a reminder when checking in that we had to ask for a room clean would have been helpful. We assumed there would be one so came back from a days travelling to a lot of dirty towels from the day before. The reception staff were very generous with new towels, but, a reminder would have helped us plan better.

. The gentleman who greeted us and checked us in was welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient. He helped us with additional requests and made sure we were comfortable. A great atmosphere, and lovely staff. The location is wonderful for accessing restaurants and cafés nearby. Very clean rooms and facilities including the gym. We would definitely visit again! Highly recommend

Not a criticism but more breakfast choice, particularly to cater for people with allergies.

Comfortable, quiet room and general areas. Full, hot breakfast, attentive staff. Easy to find, no overt security concerns. Within walking distance of varied shopping and restaurant options.

Needed a location close to Madison. This worked out perfectly. Only an extra 10 minutes to where we needed to be for a family reunion in Columbus WI. We saved $100 a night staying here. Easy to find. Easy to get to. Really slick heading north toward Eau Claire the following day.

Seems like an odd thing to complain about but I would have preferred bacon over sausage for breakfast. The outdoor seating by there pool could use more chairs.

The breakfast was good. We had omelets and breakfast sandwiches that were hot and tasty. No bread but they did have English muffins and bagels. Plenty to choose from.

They have bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall in the shower. My shampoo dispenser was broken and I had to use body wash on my hair. The front desk gave me little shampoos to use.

It was clean, efficient, and the staff was knowledgeable. For an overnight stay you can’t ask for much more than that.

Breakfast could’ve been better. Particularly the eggs. If you can’t do them without having them be watery, find something else to serve.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly! They had a great selection for the breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

Nothing it was a great stay

The breakfast offerings were excellent! The omelette was excellent. Fresh fruit available. Area was clean & organized.

Booking. Com listed hot tub as being available… it is NOT. So very disappointed at Booking. Com for this over site!!! While speaking to asst manager she said Booking . com had been informed of this. I am not diss appointed with hotel, BUT with with YOU! I ll not be using your services in the future!

Breakfast was below average

Front desk did not know of our arrival-took a bit too long to find our reservation and assign our rooms. However, staff was very friendly throughout the confusion.
