Really great location. I'm a coffee fanatic and the area around the hotel is full of excellent small indie cafes and espresso places. Also the service in the hotel was excellent and the full breakfast included in my rate was also very good.

Unfortunately the spa was full and also the in house restaurant Nahm was not open on the days I was there. And the hotel's bar was also closed (assume from Covid restrictions).

Best stay I've ever had. Luxury hotel experience that doesn't break the bank. Usually these things are too good to be true but in this case it genuinely is the real deal. Amazing staff and service, they can't do enough for you. So kind and helpful in every way. The hotel itself is incredible. Very high end. Amazing restaurant with michelin star food. And the rooms are so spacious with great amenities. If I'm ever in bangkok again, I'm booking here without hesitation. Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

An oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff are very helpful and attentive, and the facilities excellent. Please note that, at the time we stayed in January 2023, there was no bar - we understand they are refurbishing it. However, you can get drinks at the pool (and in the starred Michelin restaurant on site, which we didn't visit). The swimming pool is large, and it was always possible to find a lounger - although there aren't many of them, the pool staff ensure that there is no "bagging" of loungers by guests leaving books/towels.

Bear in mind that if you get a corner room, half of the view may be of a wall - worth checking out if a view is important.

We arrived quite early and we got our room at 10.30AM already, so a very early check in. Thanks for that! The studio room was really spacious and the bathroom as well. The best was definitely the service. Room service happend two times a day, the turndown service was just great and the whole team was kind and professional. Big thanks to Carola Linz, the head of staff. The breakfast at Nahm was exceeding our expectations.

The COMO Metropolitan is a gem in Bangkok. A stylish hotel with generous rooms, great food, high quality facilities and professional staff. All staff were great but, in particular the concierge, Ismail helped us with a range of queries including transport and restaurants.

I stayed 2 nights in COMO Metropolitan with my friends, and I can say it was the best time during travel in Bangkok. All staffs were nice and friendly with smile, and the room was absolutely perfect. Really appreciate that you upgraded our room as we didn't expect at all, how lucky we were! - Breakfast was also good with nice poolside view. We had unforgettable memory in this hotel and I'll also visit here if I come back to Bangkok again.

all staffs are so friendly and professional! very comfortable to stay at the hotel. modern and good facilities. enjoyed the morning yoga class (free for hotel guests) and spa(a bit expensive but it’s worth it) even Michelin one star restaurant at the hotel. so convenient! very sweet and helpful hotel staffs! was touched by their service. thanks!

Staff are always fantastic as is the buffet breakfast and size is the room. Added bonus of h r beautidul pool

The bar was being refurbished and I felt that the rooms were beginning but o look a bit tired as was the tiling in the pool and the upholstery on the pool loungers, which looked worn and a little stained too

Beautiful property, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast was included with our stay. Location is great and easy to get around. We definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone to stay here!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Every aspect of it was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was a great size with also mini spa next to it, the rooms were a perfect size with great bathrooms and the staff were all very lovely and helpful. would definitely stay here again!
