The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for those traveling by train. Compared to the entrance hall, it seems that rooms have been thoroughly renovated and mine was quite comfortable for a short stay. The cleaning service was great and on time every day. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and the value for money was great.

I stayed on the third floor, so wi-fi was not always stable. The breakfast room seems quite dark and run down, but they make up for this by having very accommodating staff and great Italian coffee.

Perfect location in the middle of the town near the train station. Rooms are renovated and everything was clean with all amenities. Staff was friendly and nice. Overall really great value for money considering prices in Tuscany.

Sound isolation is bad. Wi fi didn't work at all on the third floor, it's probably my biggest issue with this hotel. Breakfast was nice but only sweets like croissants and stuff, could use more variety. Please improve on at least wi fi and breakfast options and you'll get better ratings!

The hotel is very close to the train station (central place). We arrived at night and it was super easy to access the hotel. Also, from the hotel, it is simple to walk to the old center of Arezzo or take a bus to another point inside the city. The room was very clean, good size, the bed was comfortable and AC worked properly (but it is noise). Breakfast was simple but tasteful.

The room was noise, mostly because of the AC. We did not like the towels, although it worked properly. When we were leaving the elevators were in maintenance, which was complicate for my parents. They needed to come down with the stars (but I believe this is a one time thing)

Indeed the hotel is literally 300m from Arezzo train station, which is great especially when traveling with a large suitcase, and at the same time 5 min walk to the historical sights, which are just across the street. A decent hotel with very decent staff and large rooms.

The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in my room, but the staff were very nice and let me put my food in the big fridge in the kitchen. Some rooms have a fridge, I was told, but I did not pay attention to this when booking.

They let me check-in early, all staff were friendly and nice. The room is clean (actually, it’s the cleanest room I had during my journey in Italy) and comfortable, it’s the kind of room once you open the door you smile. Breakfast is great 👍

It would be perfect if there’s a kettle in the room.

The rooms were well renovated and super clean. The price was fair and it was super central for the town and station. We at a 6:30 train to catch.

Although the front desk staff person was lovely, the down stairs area looks very gloomy and can do with redecoration and more lights put in. The rooms are so much better than downatairs.

It's in a convenient central location for the city and also not far from the train station. My room was clean, bed comfortable, and all the furniture appeared to have been recently fitted.

Wi-Fi was patchy in my room, but I was on the third floor at the far end of the corridor. Included breakfast was a little basic.

Perfect location, right in the city center and near all the historic sites, just a short walk to the Bus Terminal and the Train Station. The room was big and well equiped (didn't expect so much comodities in a 2 star hotel), the bed confortable and the best thing was the cleaniness - awesome work from the staff!

The Wi-Fi didn't have a strong signal and there's not much choices for breakfast.

the staff were always helpful and friendly. 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk to almost everything I wanted to see. Quiet although it’s right in the middle of town.
