The location is really great, both very near to the train station and the town centre. Nice little balcony to take in the view over the roof-tops. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom area was spacious. We loved the fact that it wasn't modern in decor. It gave a true Italian feel. The staff were fantastic also. They were so welcoming and nothing was any trouble at all. The free bottle of wine was a very kind touch.

The only problem I found, was that the wine glasses were very dirty and I had to clean them before use. Also the table cloth on the balcony was very dirty.

The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was continental, no hot food but all good. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Hall way entrance on ground floor interesting, hotel on fourth floor with a new lift. Position to the old town was excellent. Very close to many lovely restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

A charming old world hotel with an authentic time honoured atmosphere. location was very good for train travellers and the historic features of Arezzo were in easy walking distance. The staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was an excellent Italian buffet.

The locks and keys all functioned, but we found then a little stiff and awkward to use.

Located really close to impressive historical center of Arezzo. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Pretty good breakfast selection (for Italy).

Street outside can get noisy. Central location means parking a car around is problematic.

Everything.Jessica at reception went out of her way to help us as did the lady who dealt with the really nice breakfasts. In a perfect location close to the Railway Station and the Old Town.

Nothing at all.It could not have been better

The room was spacious, nice and quipped with a lot of products (even toothbrush and razor was provided). The staff was realy nice, they learned a few words in Hungarian to greet us. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant, and they provided breakfast options.

The elevator was a bit small, and you got to go up to the 4th floor

Roxana and the rest of the staff were fantastic and awesome! They made our 42nd Wedding Anniversary very special and cosy! A big thank you from the "little American’s writer from Pisa. "

The staff were v kind and especially so when we left some prints behind which they kindly posted to us.

Some more information on the consierge car service would have been helpful, as would some more details about how to find the hotel and the slighty odd entrance.

the location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. very comfortable but small room but I believe there are bigger rooms..we had 2 big suitcases so it was tight.

the only thing is that they don’t have parking so we needed to double park to off load our bags and then park about a 10 minute walk away..I found out later that for 15 euro we could have had a valet service which I wish I had known about before.

The location was very central to Arezzo city center and the train station. The staff were very nice and always so accommodating. The room kept it's historic design (which we loved) but the bathroom had a modern shower with an amazing, powerful shower head. We would come back to stay here next time.

The breakfast was too sweet for our taste, but the staff was very sweet in greeting and helping us each morning.
