This hotel was lovely. The staff was so helpful, especially Roberto and Augustino. They are at your disposal for everything- arranging transportation, making dinner reservations, recommendations, etc. Breakfast was very good and the gym equipment was good as well. The location is close to just about everything. Our room was huge with a beautiful view. We were kindly upgraded to the junior sweet at no extra charge.

Gym could get a bit too hot since it was outside but they had a fan that helped a bit. Pool could be open a bit earlier to accommodate an early morning swim since the gym was hot. It would have helped to know earlier on that there was a free taxi boat from the marina to Porto cervo village. It wasn’t until a day or so into our stay that I was informed about this and I had been emailing back and forth about transportation tips a week in advance of our stay.

My wife and I are serial vacationers and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy access to the HDMI on the TV! The view of pool/Porto Cervo was amazing from the balcony in our room. ALL the staff we encountered were amazing. The food by the pool was off the charts good and they had amazing chicken tacos. The location is awesome for Porto Cervo and Poltu Qualtu (many amazing restaurants at those 2 locations). I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is lovely. Beautiful view from the pool.

Unfortunately we were in a room in a different section separate from the main building and our room was not as nicely furnished as rooms in the main building. It was also very loud in our room, you could hear the conversations of neighbouring guests. The on-site restaurant closes early. It is a difficult walk to the main part of Porto Cervo (does not have footpath the whole way, windy and steep).

Very spacious, spotless clean room with a small patio garden and direct access to the pool. Great attention to detail, comfort and hygiene. Breakfast was nice, delicious and contained pretty much all we need. People were really friendly, nice and helpful about the surroundings and services. Wonderful views from the hill top.

Bartender was a little slow on serving cocktails, took him ~40 mins to prepare two standard shakes with an empty bar. No problems for us, hope he survives through the high season.

The hotel is very nice, we received a free upgrade to a room with an amazing terrace. The view from the rooms and the pool area is amazing. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast and lunch was always very delicious. There are plenty parking spots and we received recommendations for restaurants from the hotel. We were also able to use a courtesy room on the day of check out to shower before heading to the airport. So we could really use our full time in the hotel. Amazing service!

Outstanding experience. Wonderful location and amazingly well kept facilities and buildings preserving the charm of a hotel that’s 50 years old with the finish and expressivity you would expect from a new hotel breakfast lounge is looking the Bay up offering beautiful sunrise. The accommodation was luxurious, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Architecture, breakfast , external area . Overall a nice stay . We we’re upgraded to a better room with bay view at arrival and were very welcomed at the bar .

Wi-Fi is poor . Must be improved . Bathroom is of good size but the shower box is pretty small- a really bad design and worse , leaks all over the room.

The staff were amazing 🤩 Specifically, Fernando, Luca, Mauro and the lovely ladies at breakfast (who didn’t wear name badges so we can’t name them personally) were simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always helpful and welcoming. We never saw the housekeeping staff but they did a great job, real unsung heroes. The views across the island were awesome and the pool area was impeccably maintained with very comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and we became addicted to the very tasty club sandwiches at lunchtime. Our room was out of this world and we had a fabulous time, thank-you ☺️

The hot tub / jacuzzi in our room was broken which was disappointing and the beds were slightly too hard for our taste. Whilst the hotel position overlooking the Marina and coastline was incredible, it was a very steep walk home from local restaurants.

Everything People location rooms Wonderful location. Close to Restorants so you do not need to drive. 4 min walking distance to the local village. Rooms on the upper floor got amazing views. Service is very good. Breakfast is excellent Easy to park if you have a car.
