The hotel is located in a very nice place on the island close to Porto Cervo marina, you can reach the beautiful beach Calu Granu in 8-10 minutes by foot, which is definitely a great plus. There is also a shuttle service to other beaches but we have been satisfied with the Calu Granu. We have been exploring the island by car, so it was comfortable that the hotel has a private open parking lot in front of the entrance. The breakfast is good, the rooms (bungalows) are big and comfortable, and there is a fridge in every room. The swimming pool is nice, and most important - the territory is big and green and it is quiet, you can easily find a place for breakfast or near the swimming pool - so you feel really as in the country club. I believe that the hotel is exactly 4 stars and worth it, we would probably come back.

Some improvements due to the high price in the high season can be focused on the overall service experience: poor proactiveness & decision-making freedom by reception, a bit late check-in time, no vegetables on breakfast, no cover by the parking lot, poor isolation between adjacent rooms, in case of noisy neighbors you can hear every word. A small kettle for tea/coffee in the room will be a great plus.

Hotel has a beautiful territory with nice pools and greenery. Rather private rooms, 6 minute walk to the closest beach, which is small with 40€ p.p sunbeds rental.

Rooms are spacious, but very outdated, furniture has very repelling musky smell that can’t be aired out. I advise not to open the closet as smell is overwhelming. Cheap plastic furniture on the porch of each room, definitely doesn’t correspond to 4 star hotel. Shower was vert narrow. Hard mattress.

The front desk and service staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room pillows and comforter are comfortable to sleep on. The pool is clean and comfortable. The fruit for breakfast is very tasty and fresh.

Lots of flies and mosquitoes flying around when eating in the restaurant. The air conditioning blows directly on the bed and is not very comfortable. In the morning i hear the sound of the staffer cleaning up in the next door room.

Very good location, a few minutes from Porto Cervo marina. Facilities are nice and well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Pool is good and big enough.

Check out is too early (10am), no free pool/beach towels, more toiletries could be provided (e.g. body lotion).

Mattresses need to be replaced to more comfortable ones. Breakfast variety of cold dishes is good, hot not so much. Only eggs and bacon, missed some other variety. Omelette could be ordered but at additional charge.

Dated furniture, some parts of the property can benefit from renovation. Some strange rules - no wine glasses in the room (in a 4 star hotel!?) even if you ask from the bar, they ask for booking.com reservation # and PIN (first time somebody asked us about it, this should be for the guest, not the hotel)

Food great and the restaurant and bar staff were great.

The beds are not great. I got some back pain which happens for me when beds are very firm.
