It was so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was incredible. The beds were super comfy and the rooms themselves were really nicely decorated. The cats were adorable! Make sure you follow Giovanni’s advice on getting the google maps directions once you have reached Arzachena. It will prevent you from getting to the B&B on the unmade dirt track and will instead lead you there by a much shorter and better made dirt road just off of the main road. Great location for reaching Palau to explore La Maddalena archipelago. Around 20-25 mins away. A car is definitely required. Thank you for a great stay!

Run by a couple of lovely guys - the place was very welcoming. Our room was of a high standard.

Just one word of caution- IF DRIVING YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM A SOLID CAR PREFERABLY 4X4 - the last leg of the journey is through an unmade road. SET GOOGLE MAPS TO TAKE YOU TO ARZACHENA, ONCE THERE THEN SET THE HOTEL ADDRESS IN MAPS TO TAKE YOU TO THE PROPERTY. ALSO ARRIVE IN DAYLIGHT - That unmade road is not lit.

Outstanding view during breakfast, breakfast big and good, clean, owner was nice and kind. Decorations are cool.

Road to apartment is awful, through the hills and full of holes, I really had to take care to don't damage the car (Fiat Panda, with bigger car it shouldn't be the issue). Swimming pool wasn't available, it could be mentioned in description it isn't filled in April

We loved the peaceful and quiet location!! The view from the room and from the breakfast table was amazing… Arzachena is a lovely town, for us one of the most glamorous in Sardegna.

The old furniture was little stuffy and there was a lot of dust on the furniture, but it wasn’t a problem… What a pity, the pool was so cold because is beautiful! The breakfast was ok, but for us too sweet!

Hidden gem! The house is lost in the middle of the nature (we even see twice il piccolo Gino!), the views from the terrace and the swimming pool are precious. The breakfast was sumptuous!! And our hosts were simply the best : very welcoming, they shared very good recommendations of places to visit around. Thank you again !

The natural view and surroundings make it a special stay. Add to that a villa redone with love and taste and little details like a wonderful breakfast while overlooking the mountains and the town in the background. If in doubt, stay here.

Bit of unpaved road. But worth it

Giovanni and Lamberto were excelent hosts and made us feel very welcome in their property. The condition of the roads were not good due to the rain but they Lamberto picked us up in the main road. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits. Really recommend!!

Remote location with fantastic view. Comfortable and spacious room (with small fridge) and bathroom. Very helpful owners. Great breakfast- ricotta, fresh fruits, croissants and cappuccino :)) And close to vineyard Capichera. Please ask beforehand how to get there as Lu Cuccumiau is missing on Google maps :)

Loved the room decor and the beautiful breakfast served outdoors. The hosts were so kind and friendly. There was a donkey and pig nearby. It all added to the charm. It will be amazing when the outdoor pool is complete.

The road is not paved all the way to the property. However this makes it a truly rural experience.

The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, they made our stay very pleasant. The location is removed from any tourist spots - great to just relax and find some peace. Breakfast was lovely, with viewes overseeing the beautiful landscape.
