Amazing B&B with an excellent location! The room was great and had a beautiful view, tea making facilities and air conditioning. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the delicious breakfast was customized to our preference and served in a garden courtyard at individual tables. Overall exceptional stay!

the room was beautiful and comfortable with a renovated bathroom with great facilities. we were in assisi during a heatwave and the room was always cool - even before aircon (and the aircon was a relief!!). the bed was comfortable and linens clean and fresh. also the courtyard for breakfast was pleasant and cool. the breakfast ordering system was helpful. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the location is perfect: short uphill walk to main piazza and longer but gentle downhill walk to basilica of st francesco.

We loved our stay here. The location is very central in this small medieval town. The B&B was established in 2019 so all the facilities are in new condition. It is a beautiful place to stay in Assisi. The room was clean and large with a beautiful built in to hang clothes and store your items. The bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were provided. There was a large desk with a nook to place a small suit case. The modern bathroom was large and just beautiful. The attention to detail was exceptional. The twinkle lights above the bed acted like a night light, a very unique feature in the room. Our host was very friendly, and helpful during our stay. She made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was very good and made to order. We had scrambled eggs with bacon , fresh fruit on the side, croissants, juice, water, coffee and cappuccino. The breakfast room is lovely and there is an adjoining courtyard. We felt like we were staying in a five star hotel. We would definitely stay here again .

We loved everything.

Great location in the upper part of Assisi, which is very important, close to the Basilica of St Francis and the best shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. The included breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee.

The only minor item was a squeaky bed, which might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Nothing everything was more than expected

The location is amazing and the facilities are lovely! very beautiful designed and decorated. And hostess is very kind and helpful. My dad and I really enjoyed our staying.

Location was good. It is close enough to the center to be convenient to both ends of town. Very quiet at nights. Beautiful new bathroom.

All was good.

I liked everything, except for the fact that there was no parking available in the nearby area. I travelled 30 days in Italy, visiting Rome, Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Assisi and Florence. This B&B was by far the best accommodation I stayed in and I highly recommend it for other travellers visiting Assisi. I should also mention that Alessia (not sure of the name) was extremelly nice and helped me to change where to return my rental car (changing from Rome to Florence) and also to find another B&B where I could stay an extra night in Assisi (unfortunately, Brunelli B&B was full for this extra night).

The B&B is located in the historic center of the town, so it is not easily reachable by car (some areas are driving restricted zones).

Very clean

Alessia was amazing. She kept in contact with us before, during and after our staff. We were given great instructions before checking in. The location was great. Very close to Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and a easy walk to other parts of this amazing town. We had to leave very early the next morning and Alessia booked us taxi so we could make it to the train station which was a great help. Because we were leaving early and couldn't make breakfast, she was so sweet and prepared a breakfast for us in the dining area (which was an adorable room in itself)- beyond our expectations. The room was beautiful and lots of storage if you need it and a nice size bathroom. Very comfortable. Did have to carry our bags up the stairs, but wasn't too bad. An extra touch was when we were given a Franciscan Olivewood Tau Cross just for being a guest. The only downside was that we were only in Assisi for one day/night.
