Owners are good people. Very generous and caring. I've been traveling and working remotely. Internet and the desk provided a better setup than branded hotels. Awesome location to enjoy Assisi. In Assisi, you want to stay a block away from the main plaza Commune, not near the Basilica of St Francis. Air conditioning worked very well, which is important during the Italian summer.

The shower has no privacy. It's not in the bathroom, but in the main room and all glass. Too modern with the shower and lighting system. The glass staircase to the terrace is disorienting.

Bed and pillow were too hard for my personal liking. I also like a very dark room but found the illuminated light switches a little bit bothersome. But it was only for one night and the super breakfast and hosts more than made up for it

Beautiful accomodation right in the historic centre, close to everything (restaurants, atractions, bus station). The room and bathroom were very nice, spacious and clean. Wonderful hosts who helped us with everything we needed! The homemade breakfast was lovely, with a variety of cold cuts, homemade sweets and fruits. Would stay here again!

It is a little difficult if you go with a car, as parking is a little distance away. However, the owners were very helpful and assisted with loading, unloading and even the parking.

The property was in great location and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful and friendly went above any expectations brilliant hosts did make you feel very welcome we had a fabulous stay.

The property location was central and close to everything. The property was modern with a home feel to it. The delicious breakfast bread and pastry was homemade by the owner. The owner had great dining recommendations. I would happily stay here again when in Assisi.

A very luxurious B and B. We were made to feel very welcome and the hosts provided a lovely choice for breakfast with lots of home made cakes and bread. They especially catered for gluten-free and egg-free dietary requirements.

Everything was nice! Couldn't have asked for more. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The view from the roof is incredible. The breakfast had some nice selections, including homemade cookies and cakes. The location was perfect. I had a fantastic time in Assisi.

Beautiful room with air con and black-out shutters. Great location. Breakfast in the courtyard was absolutely delicious and the roof terrace has lovely sunny views. The staff were absolutely incredible, went out of their way to help make our stay perfect.
