Beautiful scenery, with history, the taster meal was good, and the staff was attentive. We were kindly upgraded to the ancient spa pool, but the same size of room as the economy, which to be honest was quite small and dated, the shower cubicle was again small. However the spa' and pools the steam room etc were spot on, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the hot spring in the center of the town. The breakfast was phenomenal! Wide selection of high quality food, including homemade jam! We loved our stay and definitely recommend ! We recommend adding the spa access, it was worth the extra cost!

As someone with a chronic illness (fibromyalgia) this had everything I could possibly want in a relaxing break. Beautiful setting, peaceful, and the thermal pools were great for me. Super helpful and friendly staff - the one time I had a problem they sorted it immediately.

Not a dislike - my only suggestion was that they could put more information in the rooms about what is available, both on-site and in the surrounding areas.

Amazing thermal facilities, from the Sauna to the hot and cold pools. Amazing Staff, pleasent and attentive service, amazing location, with access to the most beautiful lesser-knows corners of Toscana.

The rooms could do a bit better for the price. Other than that - the most pwerfect hotel in Toscana!

The thermal spa is wonderful. We used it on two days. Having flown over 24 hours from Australia, it helped us relax and overcome stiffness from the flights. All the staff at the hotel and in the spa and in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with plenty of choice. I look forward to staying again.

everything was perfect fabulous hot pool, cold pool, garden, sauna room - spotlessly clean and do relaxing the massage was great (and I’ve had a lot). the bar and restaurant were right there around the centre pool of the town with good service and quality food

The breakfast in the morning wasn’t great - the eggs and bacon were the saltiest we’ve ever tasted and the woman serving us was the rudest person we encountered in two weeks of traveling in Europe.

Beautiful old building with modern facilities in the heart of the Tuscan hills. Spa attached to the hotel was well equipped and offered well-priced treatments. Excellent restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the thermal springs at the heart of the village

location on the square unlimited access to the spa very comfortable bed amazing breakfast with local products and outside seating

no on site parking but understood it’s challenging in these areas staff were a little lax in ensuring spa access kit ie gown, swim hat and flip flops were in our room on arrival having been told when I asked that they would be. no problem as we got it once we asked downstairs and the kit appeared in our room later that evening. it’s a minor thing but it would have made it perfect if we hadn’t had to ask.

beautiful location, nice and clean. great to get outside for a hike/run.

had trouble getting into the pool/spa in the morning as there was one guest who was having a therapy session and they were quite rude not allowing other guests into the area. there was no notice or communication about it by the hotel/staff so we could not access the spa.
