The hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so good. They were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and the breakfast choice was great. Staff were very attentive. We used the pool every day and the sun lounger booking system was very fair. A salt water pool also which was lovely. Rooms are cleaned twice daily with fresh towels each time. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the bus station but within a short walk to the lake and the restaurants and shops in Bardolino. We will be back again for definite.

We upgraded to a suite luckily as our original room just felt too small. The bedlinen and towels were super quality and this hotel is in a great location really close to the lakeside for swimming and town for evening meals and shopping plus a supermarket just down the road. The pool is big enough for swimming and the garden is delightful for relaxing. We hired bikes and went to some vineyards for wine tasting and then to Peschiera and caught the ferry back. The breakfast was superb and all the staff in reception and at breakfast were so friendly and helpful especially Sylvie. We loved Bardolino.

The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the lake, town, biking distance to wineries and other towns. You can rent bikes at the property. The breakfast setup is lovely and the people who work here are very friendly! Our first room (frankly) was very underwhelming, very outdated, shower didn’t look clean, window view of the parking lot (I requested a balcony when I booked), uncomfortable bed. We were luckily able to upgrade the next night and move to another room, which truly changed the whole experience. The second room had a lake view, remodeled room (upgraded flooring, new bathroom, balcony with a lake view). I would’ve had a very different review honestly had we stayed in the other room for both nights. I would highly recommend paying attention to which room you book when booking!

Some of their rooms (our first night) are really outdated and definitely need some TLC. The pool is less like the photos, which was fine because we spent our days there exploring and going to the lake!

Fantastic location, staff were very friendly and keen to help in anyway they can. Great for access for lake and town, pool area was lovely, maximising use of the somewhat limited space that you get with such a central location. breakfast was good and varied with a wonderful rooftop view of the lake. This hotel is perfect if, like us, you don’t have a car, we enjoyed using their bikes to explore.

If we went back we would try to get a room with a lake view and a balcony as our room was on the other side of the property but it was spacious and comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay in San Pietro - great location, amazing staff and great breakfast that for sure exceeded our expectations. Also, we got really good recommendations for where to go for dinner by the very friendly receptionist and the pool area was great including the service to get some refreshment when needed! We enjoyed our time at the hotel for sure!

We did not get our room cleaned during the two days we spent in the hotel which was a bit unfortunate. In addition, the bed was rather bad to sleep in, quite hard actually.

This is a wonderful hotel, staff are amazing, they are always so happy and helpful, breakfast area is beautiful with a great view of the lake and food is wonderful. Nice location for walking to the town and restaurants. The courtyard is so relaxing to sit in the evening for a nightcap.

The breakfast room was located on top of building looking over the sea. They were accommodating to my dietary needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so helpful.

We stupidly left an item in the room and the company they used to make the returns charged a lot. Apart from that everything was very good.

Having to carry around a key with a huge brass key ring, fair enough if you don't have key cards like most modern hotels, at least take off the huge brass key ring, downsize it to something a little more comfortable for guests to have on their person.

Very clean and comfortable superior room with a sweet balcony. Good shower, modern bathroom. The personnel is very friendly, pleasant and uncomplicated. Amazing breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with a partial view to the lake.
