Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool facilities fantastic - large outside pool in beautiful gardens, plenty of sun beds. In addition a large indoor pool and thermal spa area. Excellent breakfast, including good gluten free options. Rooms clean and staff helpful.

Water not provided in the room, and beds/pillows not the comfiest. It is a good 20 minute walk from the main Bardolino centre and 10 minute walk from buses in Cesano. This was fine for us as the walk is very pretty along the lake, but they do provide a shuttle bus if needed a few times a day.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruits, yogurts, omelettes, boiled and fried eggs, fresh bread and buns, croissants and much more. Location was also excellent. Right at the lake Garda. Nice side walk at the lake shore. Downtown of Bardolino and many nice restaurants at a walking distance. Pool area was very beautiful with lots of plants, flowers and grass areas.

the spa, swimming pools and facilities are excellent, the beds in the room are massive and the cleaners are great.

no room service menu on any apps, I asked a question on their online message service and didn’t get an answer, so having technological things are a bit of a pointless service. The arrival process was a little rocky as the receptionist’s English was basic but that’s understandable, it was more booking.com wording when booking that isn’t clear regarding payment / tourist tax break down. The rooms are a little dated in the annex and not really worth the amount we paid but the facilities of the hotel make up for this a bit. I would prefer a printed map with the services etc on as Wi-Fi wasn’t amazing to access. breakfast has a lot of choice, but for dinner go next door to the hotel maximillum restaurant lunico, great value and nice people amazing food.

The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and lovely outdoor breakfast area. The cleaning staff were so lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean and the outdoor area was spacious. The resort never felt too packed. The thermal spa was unbelievable. The breakfast staff were fantastic. They couldn’t have helped anymore.

The bar staff were a little rude. The rooms were slightly dated.

Very nice location. Right infront of the lake and very close to the Amusement Parks like Gardaland, Movie land and Canneva World Resort. Very relaxing Spa Resort. Staffs are super friendly and the breakfast is amazing!

The lady lifeguard in the pool area was a bit harsh and unfriendly.

This is a wonderful hotel, with fabulous facilities, a first-class restaurant, and exceptionally helpful staff. Our whole family had a fantastic time here. The staff even took the trouble to locate a valuable item of lost property and arranged for it to be sent back to us.

The hotel facilities were great. There were multiple pools, depending on your activity (or whether you’re swimming with children). The spa facilities were fantastic, including thermal pools. The breakfast was varied and good quality. Super location - 8 euros to Bardolino and the hotel runs free shuttles too. Rooms were large and comfortable. We visited at peak times and had no issues finding a sun lounger at any point of the day.

Personal is kindly and friendly. The room is good. The food is adorable. The swimming pools are big and pleasant. Everything was fine. Big parking place.

This is a quite spacious and nice resort with great range of pools, well kept garden, well organized staff and a fine facility. Superb breakfast.

The only real problem: tele-network close to nil in some parts and internet slow and unstable. OK if you need an IT break, but difficult for others.
