Sisan is in an excellent location with the waterfront with bars and restaurants easily accessible in a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is perfectly appointed with everything you can think of for a kids friendly stay. Apartments are a nice size, we had a great view of the lake from our terrace. The pool is great (albeit not heated and cold!) with great splash and play stuff for kids. There is a snack bar by the pool with friendly staff and delicious food/drinks. The quality of food from the restaurant we had for lunch or dinner was amazing and extremely well priced. We have already discussed returning.

The breakfast is a little strange but still plenty on offer for most, would just expect some more fresh fruit and hot options but we were happy for the week. The rooms do not have blackout blinds/curtains so if taking a young one I advise taking a black out curtain. The air conditioning wasn't the best and not in each room but in the kitchenette and hallway.

We really liked all of the extra amenities, the pools, bike rentals, kids activities etc. but I would say the resort is geared to slightly younger kids. Our 6 year old loved it all, our 9 year old felt like he was getting a bit old.

The beds were unfortunately some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. They were extremely hard. I know beds are a personal preference, but we woke up sore every morning.

Sisan Family Resort exceeded our expectations and was the perfect spot for our annual summer holiday. The facilities were incredible, a great pool with slides and fun stuff for the kids. The room was beautiful and modern with plenty of space for us all. The air con was brilliant and very much needed during a heatwave! The food and drink provided was good, although the breakfast offering could be a little bit better, more fruit and different options maybe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all of this made our holiday perfect, we hope to be back soon.

Nothing at all, it was great. We really can't fault the Sisan Family Resort, it really made our holiday go without any issues at all.

The facilities for a family holiday were great, with two great pools, slides and very good food and drink facilities. Lots of other things to do like table tennis, tennis, football and trampolining. Great location, with restaurants in Casano and Bardolino is a 30 min walk, which is well worth it to visit this lovely town with great restaurants. One of the best gelaterias too! Right on the lake too, so walks, runs or access to the beaches is an ease.

Beautiful resort, great room, very comfortable and wide. Breakfast is great, there is a great restaurant in the resort and it is possible to have also lunch and dinner there. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. There is an outside playground for the kids and a mini club indoors which are great for kids. Will love to come back there during summer season so we can enjoy also the pools

The apartments were lovely and spacious. The pool was fantastic. The location was great for exploring

The beds were very uncomfortable. Both myself and my wife woke with bad backs every morning (age contributed) and my daughters also said about the beds being too hard. Some will like that, though

With the good decent breakfast you have a good start of the day. The apartments are spacious and from a very good level of comfort. The pool and other facilities are very well maintained. In short perfect location to stay with the family.

The only small thing I missed is a coffee machine.

we were some of the first guests of the season so the weather wasn’t great which meant we didn’t get chance to use the pool or any of the outdoor activities but they looked fabulous. the staff were amazing with our 3 year old, we got a bottle of wine on arrival and they couldn’t do enough for us. great couple of parks and a new kids activity room which our son was obsessed with. lovely restaurants within 200 yards, bus stop really close by and a 20/25 minute walk (with toddler!) into Bardolino.

Lovely apartments, massive pools. Staff very helpful.

1. Need to have allergen menu/ allergens on breakfast items. We had a person with peanut allergy and she couldn’t eat a lot of the food as no one was sure if safe or not. 2. Pool toilets.

The Staff were very kind, especially Monica who took care of everything we asked with a big smile including Tickets to Gardaland (it was a game changer for our kids), Cancelation, Laundry, Bikes and more
