Host and his partner were very prompt in arriving even though I was checking in late at night. Both very friendly and helpful. Was give a choice of two rooms! Everything went smoothly. Would stay there again.

Near railway station, easy walk, so great for solo traveller with large case! Had a lift. Receptionist v helpful re map & good restaurant recommendation.. Nice balcony to street. Lots of surfaces to put things on. Good bathroom & shower. Quite a large room, reminiscent of older style Italian accommodation. 24 hr reception.

Bedspread looked grubby. I just folded it back to the clean sheets. Balcony great but opens on to v noisy street so you would need to close shutters & windows to sleep(if you hate noise,). The balcony hadn't been cleaned/ used for a while. Nice little chair was covered in pigeon droppings.None of these things really bothered me.

The night manager was quite literally the sweetest man alive. After I arrived at 4am (thank you Ryanair!) he proceeded to push my check out to hours after the official departure to allow me to actually sleep! There’s nothing quite like someone appreciating how tried you are and wanting to make accomodations for you to feel rested and enjoy your vacation. He was also happy to allow me to wait to pay the following morning (rather than walk to an ATM). An Angel.

Nothing; the people could not be nicer, there was aircon, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless.

not possible to pay by credit card, payment is possible only in cash I asked for the Wifi password, but I couldn't connect to the Wifi, because the receptionist wrote down the password on a paper and I couldn't properly read the password; why don't you just remove the Wifi password or print the password on a paper so that I can read it properly? Getting the wifi password is too hard, please make it easier, in the end I gave up on using the Wifi for this reason the room is very noisy

The family who runs the hotel are extremely kind and helpfull. Great location between old town, restaurants, beach and railway/busstation. Very quiet for a hotel located in city center. Big rooms with balcony.

Payment by card was not available at check-out (There is an ATM close by, so not a big problem).

No breakfast facilities but wonderful corner cafes for delicious breakfasts. Staff very friendly and helpful. Situation perfect for Railway Station and Buses, including to the Airport.

The Hotel de Rossi is a very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, representing great value-for-money. The hotel is located just a short walk from the centre of the city of Bari, and there are many restaurants, coffee shops and bars just a short distance away.

The windows came out on the street and it was still quiet. A stylish building, with high ceilings, a room with a bathroom/shower, simple and comfortable. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

My room was not accessible for people with reduced mobility but I didn't inquire about such options.

Great location, accessible lift if you’ve got heavy luggage, great window shutters so the room stays dark for a good sleep and beautiful staff - always so kind and willing to help/give suggestions on things to do in Bari.
