10/10 is an understatement. This is by far one of the BEST B and Bs I have ever been to!It is perfect in every way. First of all, the hosts are the nicest and most genuine people! They truly take such pride in offering comfort and top notch experiences. The building feels extremely safe and secure. The rooms are so spacious and impeccably kept! The decor is modern and everything is so tastefully decorated. It has a comfortable mattress with premium bedding and towels. The soaps seem to be of luxurious European quality. And, there were other unexpected items like slippers, a toothbrush kit, a fridge stocked with a variety of beverages, a Nespresso coffee machine and little treats here and there. There are plenty of tables/shelves to put things on, chairs to sit, hangers, a closet, excellent lighting and blackout doors. The air conditioning worked and allowed for a most comfortable stay! It is so close to absolutely everything! As soon as I arrived, I wished I had booked longer! The breakfast spread had everything your heart could desire for breakfast. It was abundant!!!! All B and Bs need to take note of how this one is run! I enjoyed my stay here so much and am sincerely grateful.

Lovely room, big, very confortable, big and lovely balcony. The bed and sheets were the best- even asked Agata if they sells nearby. The minifridge is free and they include all beverages all the time. I asked glúten free option for breakfast, and very day, they are a buch of options, with different cookies and bread, etc no necessary, because we have a lot of fresh fruit (really several options) and eggs. Also buratas! A lot of cheese and salami and ham. The last day I had to check out early, and Agata sent me 3 packages of different glúten free options eat on my way. Agata and Marco her son, are helpftul and great hosts. Perfect location as well.

Everything was Perfect

Review We normally stay in hotels on our travels but spotted Bari 102 B&B and its fantastic reviews so decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The property has 4 rooms and ours was spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed. The hosts Agata and her son Marco are kindness personified. They provide a sumptuous breakfast and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They are also knowledgeable advisors with travel tips. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this B&B. It is outstanding on every level and is in a great location.

Nothing to not like

We enjoyed our stay at Bari 102. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good with multiple choices including fresh mozzarella and burrata every morning. Marco was very helpful, suggesting restaurants and making reservations.The hotel is located just one street away from the main shopping district and a short walk to the old city. It is also a short walk to the train station which we used to take the short train ride to Monopoli which also has a charming old city.

Everything was very good so I have no suggestions.

The family that runs this B&B were exceptionally warm and friendly. The mother baked a cake for our breakfast, and it was still warm from the oven. All the rest of the breakfast was great, too. The son got in our car to guide us to the parking and took our bags the two blocks back. Really lovely people. The location was excellent, an easy walk to all places in central Bari. The room was lovely, with big floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony. All in all, this B&B was an excellent value. Highly recommended.

The toilet area had a bright light on a motion detector, so that using it in the middle of the night was a bit blinding. This is a small complaint, hopefully easily remedied.

A beautiful large room and bathroom located ideally for the Bari train station and for exploring the historic town. Very close to non tourist excellent restaurants too! Agata was a superb host and nothing was too much trouble including helping out by gifting a plug adapter when ours would not fit. An exceptional buffet breakfast as well and complimentary soft drinks in the in room fridge as well. Bed was large and very comfortable and room was dark and quiet so excellent for sleeping. Communication was excellent with flexibility on arrival times and very happy to store luggage so we could spend time exploring Bari. Nico was amazing in carrying out heavy luggage up and down the stairs and organising a taxi to take us to our hire car pick up. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Bari or passing through.

Nothing it was perfect!

Bari 102 B&B was excellent. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The B&B is an old palace that was renovated into the B&B and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Bari 102 is also a pleasant walk to the historic district in Bari and there were a number of good restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner. I would highly recommend this B&B.

There was no elevator from the ground floor to level with the B&B. The host carried our bags up for us and it was not a big problem. The website should be more clear about this for those who can not climb stairs.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, well presented. Room was large and airy (high ceilings), bathroom was also large and modern, both were well appointed, and there was a separate desk area/sitting area. The hosts Agatha, her husband and son Marco were warm and welcoming. They looked out for us on arrival, and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout to be picked up later. Felt very safe and secure there. I was worried there might be street noise at night as the B&B is located in the centre of town (near an upscale pedestrian shopping street) but it was quiet after 11 pm. when the window and shutters were closed,

We arrived later than the check-in hours but that was not a problem for our hosts and we were welcomed warmly. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee machine in the room and the mini bar was free of charge. There was a good variety of sweet and salty options for breakfast, fruits, juices, etc. Our hosts even delivered vegan croissants for my husband. The location is superb - in the center - 5 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the old town. Everything was perfect and our hosts were great!

If you are staying in Bari, I highly recommend Bari 102. I wished I stayed more than one night because the room was so nicely laid out. It had a big comfy chair with ottoman. Great lighting. Wifi was strong. The bathroom had a rain shower. I had to leave before breakfast is served (8-10am), but the owner”s son set up the phenomenal breakfast buffet early so I could eat before leaving. I really appreciated that. It was an easy 7 minute walk to the Old Town. The guesthouse is right in the middle of the shopping district with many restaurants nearby.
