Great location, in the center of the lower town and right next to the bus station for the airport. 24 hour reception. We stayed in delux room which is very good size. Bed is super compfortable and extra huge ( I would say more than 180 cm wide). You get feather pillow and unallergenic pillows. You get lot of free toiletteries (conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, sewing kit, little hair comb, intimate woman set, shaving set, make up remover set, vanity set). The room is quiet and and it has blinds so the room is dark in the morning so you can sleep very well. We only slept there, we didn't use any other facilities of the hotel such as wellness or restaurant (breakfast or dinner).

Room was beautiful, good size, very clean and had everything you could need. The Bathroom was stocked with everything including a disposable razor and toothbrush ! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink in the bar Breakfast was really good with lot's of choice Hotel is close to the train station and just around the corner from the Bus stop for the airport We stayed just one night as we had an early flight the next morning It is about a 30 min walk to the old town but still close to many shops and restaurants

There was nothing to dislike

Arli hotel in Bergamo is 3* hotel, however it behaves like hotel with one more star. Good size room and bathroom with provided all toiletries as needed, Room has good size cabinet and also enough space. Welcome drink provided to clients included also finger food. Good variety of cold breakfast and espresso prepared from machine. Good location with close proximity to Bergamo train station and bus ride to Citta Alta (old city). Rooms equipment is pretty new in classic style.

Shower is smaller and it has only shower head from above.

location of the hotel is excellent. 5 mins walk from main train station, 30’s from bus stops to everywhere in the town and walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice, nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable, great shower for tall or small persons.

was a bit expensive for the standard of hotel but maybe better deals are available. also there was a strange smell in lobby and corridors a mix between toilet and swimming pool smell. was odd.

I stayed just one night, can’t say a lot, but it’s 4 star hotel, but I would say it’s 3. The bed was very good with 2 different pillows for your choice, they have all set of cosmetic in the bathroom including tooth brush and toothpaste. 2 bottles of water. Additional light for the mirror in the bath. The location is good, but I was leaving early, so couldn’t enjoy fully. Railway station 10-8 min away walking.

The carpet - should be very well cleaned or replaced. The furniture is a bit shabby. It’s dark in the room even with all lights on. Air conditioner - it sounds. Actually first I didn’t realize the source of this noise, woke up at night because it was pretty noisy. But if you switch it off - then it’s fine and quite in the room. They have so called mini bar - not working fridge with mentioned above two bottles of water (I had some products to be stored in the fridge, so I couldn’t, but I had a window with wide windowsill from outer side, it’s March, so it’s fine). No slippers.

Staff was nice, rooms very clean and regularly cleaned (room service). Welcome drink with aperitivo was very good. Location perfect, close to city and bus station. Reception was also open during night and night-guard was very friendly.

Room was small and not very "wellness and business"-style. But that was just different than i expected, so in total it was good. Ask to use fitness center once, but was full. didnt know that i had to book in advance.

The hotel's location near the railway station and bus stops is excellent; it's easy to access Cittá Alta; it is situated close to restaurants and other shops; the hotel is clean, bright and quiet; the staff were highly professional; bedroom was spacious with lots of storage and really high quality toiletries; ; the well-stocked buffet breakfast was excellent with great variety and many healthy options. We would definitely return.

spoke to the property before arriving as we were arriving hours before check in and asked if they could arrange a transfer for us and if we could leave our bags for the day until check in. when we arrive around 10am they told us we could check in already as they had prepared our room early! we never asked for this and it had been an early flight we were overjoyed at the gesture! they could not have been more helpful or lovely, breakfast was continental and delicious and plenty of choice, there a lot of business people who stay in the week so there are peak time in there but it goes very quiet very quickly. all round lovely staff and would definitely recommend…. oh by the way the room key ring is heavy :) no chance of loosing it!!!

Staff, location, city of Bergamo, breakfast quality.

No kettle/tea making facilities in the room. Expensive. Gym equipment poor. Also we had to leave at 5am on our last day and were told we couldn't have breakfast (understandable) or get anything to take away. Most hotels of this class have a coffee machine and pastries etc for this eventuality.

Our room was in a great location and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The gym was excellent for a hotel gym in Italy, in my experience. The room was quiet and clean, the bathroom was large and the shower was very good. We asked for a recommendation for a neighborhood trattoria nearby and they sent us to Taverna Valtellinese, which was exceptional.

I would have liked to have a small refrigerator in the room.
