Great location. Quiet room with very comfortable bed. Well presented room and bathroom Coffee machine in room spoiled by fact that only 1 coffee pod had been left for two people. Rang to speak to someone to get more pods about 5 times via phone in room but unable to get any answer. Next day there were 2 pods left out and on asking the cleaner for a couple more,she said she only had one which she gave me.

First time using this type of “remote” hotel and for me the last. Accept that some people like,but I like being able to speak to someone face to face if I have a problem i.e only 1 coffee pod left for 2 people. Paper cups instead of glasses. Corkscrew/ bottle opener would have been handy for people arriving with hand luggage on an aircraft and unable to bring such. Previous reviews refer to being unable to contact reception and the fact that the confirmation messages are still telling you to wear a mask in the public area would suggest that someone is not paying a lot of attention to keeping things up to date.

Spaciousness of room. Location. Very good value for money for standard of accommodation.

An unmanned reception causes problems. Entry time of 3.00 p.m. is fine but the ability to leave luggage at the property before that time is a problem for guests whose flight arrival may be in the morning or departure time may be late. Had issues with TV. This took two days to resolve. While there were many text exchanges about this, perhaps the problem might have been fixed sooner if reception had been manned. Stayed here many times and really like the property but I feel the lack of on site personnel is a negative aspect in deciding to stay here again.

I loved the location and the interior design! The main shopping street with tons of shops, different cafes and restaurants, food stores are very close to the property, within a 5-10 min walk. And it’s very easy to get from the airport to the apartment using public transport. The bed is very comfortable, I had some wonderful sleep at night! And the bathroom contains all the necessary complementary hygiene products.

Since the property is located right in the city center, it’s pretty noisy in the evening and at night. But the bed was so comfy that I managed to sleep very sound.

Everything was cool. Everything was of a high standard, a large room, a working TV, a spacious, clean bathroom, good localisation.

Listen, electronic entrances a couple of times did not close the door for us and I had to check twice if we were sure to enter the room and if the door closed. Contact with the staff, however, gives more comfort in my opinion, and here I have a minor grumble, because I forgot to take my nightgown and when I realized I wrote to the hotel, which wrote back to me only after 3 days. They found my nightgown and I wrote them right back that I would be in Bergamo again and where I could pick up my pajamas. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received a response from the hotel, despite my subsequent messages. Nevertheless, the location of the place is great and probably when I am in the city again I will come back here.

The property was very nice and comfortable, in a very beautiful building and excellent location that allowed us to visit Bergamo easily. Good value for money!

The only thing that bothered us a little was not seeing anybody on arrival, although it didn’t pose a real problem. The main issue we had was that the electronic room access system failed us upon returning to the room late in the evening after many hours walking. For a moment we thought we wouldn’t be able to sleep in our room. Fortunately, after several attempts we finally managed to get hold of a human being via WhatsApp who had to reset the device so that we could enter our code and subsequently our room. It all worked out in the end!

Very nice interior style. Position is strategically close to the station and to the city center of the "lower city" as well. The room came with free water and espresso coffee. Self check-in is practical.

Could have been cleaner: we found a coackroach walking in the room, some pieces of hair on the towels, and a stain on one towel (probably lipstick, we are pretty sure it had gone through a washing but seeing the stain didn't give the expected impression of cleanliness). Air conditioning air flow was hitting the bed directly so I had to turn if off for the night (I don't like having it hitting me right away).

Spacious room, modern furnishing and comfortable air-conditioning. Convenient location - right in the middle of the lower part of the town. I was worried the access code wouldn't work after midnight, but I was reassured by the receptionist on the phone that it would. Having checked in online and got detailed instructions by email and booking.com messages, everything worked smoothly when I got there at half past midnight. There was no kettle in the room, but I appreciated the espresso machine, which does hot water, and the complimentary tea bag. I also enjoyed reading the booklet in the room - it gives you information about various attractions in and around Bergamo. I didn't know the opera composer Donizetti was native to this town. (N.B. It's not a B&B so I had brought my own breakfast with me before I got to Bergamo.)

The shower drain was quite slow. The room was quiet but there was constant low rumbling sound, which I presumed to be coming from the air-conditioning unit in the room. It didn't bother me or keep me awake since I always sleep with earplugs.

Central location. Close to venicular and railstation. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Reception sorted out an issue, with our shower not draining, promptly.

Access to property!! You get a pin code by text for access but this doesn't open the sliding glass door inside main door. We were left outside on a couple of occasions on our first day. We had to hang around until someone with access opened the glass door. The management don't tell you in their numerous emails that the white card in your room will open all doors.

It's very clearly said that it's an automated accommodation and it's very easy to check in. The location is very good, the room was marvellous, cleanliness on point and the bathroom/ shower was excellent. I had emailed the hotel explaining I was arriving after the 2300hr check in cut off point and replied within their working hours to put my mind at rest and explain there would be no issue at all as it was automated. Would 100% use the accommodation again in this beautiful city.

Location better then perfect with everyting you need, inculding a nice caffe and a street market just in front. In the heart but a quiet place. very well maintaind facilty, room and entrance, thouh it is located in a beautiful historic building. very clean. great shower. good air condition. No noise from the street

check in is all automaic. No human involved. I was required to complete the check in before recieving the code including filing forms and photografin our passports, which assumes I have online phone and camera. While this is OK it should be clear and part of the description BEFORE my booking and not to days before arrival. in most cases had to try the entance procedure more then once. There was coffy machine bot ony two capsules and two paper caps for two people for two days. Noise from next room and corridor.
