We flew in to Bergamo, stayed overnight and travelled by train on to Milan the following day for €7.50 single ticket (that you can buy in the shop at the train station if you don't want to deal with the hassle of a ticket machine)and spent four days in Milan. We travelled back to Bergamo by train the day before Our flight home the train and bus station are only just across the road from the hotel. On the Sunday there was a festival on and all the streets were closed off so taxi could not come to the hotel but in fairness the excellent receptionist told Us this as We were checking in,She said the buses were running and for €2.40 each we got a bus directly to the airport in 20 mins as apposed to €55 it cost Us for a taxi from the airport on our arrival at 5.15pm on a tuesday the traffic was so busy it took us 55 minutes to get to the hotel to be fair the taxi driver made Us aware of this before We left the airport that it was rush hour traffic.😔

The only thing I could fault is that it's nothing major, was that the beds were a little hard, but that's a personal choice. The bathroom decor was interesting, to say the least, but extremely spacious and spotless.

A very clean, tidy and well-equipped and served hotel in an excellent location ( provided you want to use it as a hub to move around by bus or train ) just next to the railway/bus station in Bergamo. It is situated opposite a busy street but you can hardly hear the noise inside. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in just a 5-10 min. walking distance. Room and above all the bathroom was really big for this type of hotels.

It was easy to reach because it’s right next to the station. It was a good hotel for short stay before traveling on via the airport. The room was comfortable and the beds were great. We were helped and greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay very pleasant.

The air conditioning had a bright blue light that we couldn’t dim. It would be great if that could be turned off or covered with a lid. The nearby train station made for a busy environment and while the windows were pretty sound proof, we could still hear some disturbances. Be mindful that to get to the inner city, you’ll have to walk a bit (although if it’s not 32 degrees, that’s not so bad).

April 2023

The room was big and comfortable, we had to book it last minute and there was only a room for 2 with one double bed, and we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter, so we were 3, but the bed was big enough to sleep comfortably. There is a restaurant at the hotel, we didn't try it as we only were there one night but it had a nice menu and it was very convenient to have it at the hotel. The location is very good, next to the train station, and to take the bus to the airport and to the old town (Bergamo alto)

The hotel is next to a busy street and I could hear the traffic from our room (I am very sensitive to noise), but it didn't affect my sleep and my husband didn't notice at all. Otherwise no complains.

room was clean, good size, pleasent. staff was freindly and helping. we left our lagauge in the hotel while touring the city, they have a very comfortable laguage room. location right next to train station and not far from the old city is perfect. breakfast was nice, what we needed before going home. on our first visit we also had great view of the old city from our windows, that was a nice bonus. we stayed twice, begining and end of our vacation, both times were really good. recommended.

can't think of anything.

The soundproofing was great, I've stayed in a lot of places In Bergamo and this was the quietest despite it being next to the train and bus station! The cafe Nina is also a great place for a coffee and a brioche in the morning

The member of staff when I checked out was quite rude to me when there was some confusion regarding payment. I would suggest the company works out a better system with booking.com so it's clear to the customer that the payment that has been taken is a deposit and that there will be a charge at the property too. Instead of explaining this to me in a polite way the member of staff shouted at me and said "YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO SAY THIS" I am a customer, I have nothing to do with the payment agreement between booking.com and the hotel so I didn't appreciate being shouted at about it!

Reception is helpfull, housekeeping everyday cleaning rooms, changing towels, bed sheets, breakfast 5 euro per person is worth it,tasty, simple, but tasty.Rooms is clean, enough space for price you are paying..Monica and rest of team was very helpful, thank you

Area is very noisy, two nights couldn't sleep, because outside of the hotel is construction work, and they do working at night yes, thats a bit strange, anywhere I been, night time is sleep time.So yeah that is biggest minus of this hotel in this area, but thats because they are in the middle of city, near station.Check out time was 11am,not 12,i didn't argued do understand they need to clean room quicker, but was a bit not nice, it was raining outside. Also we paid city taxes, around 40 euro, thats ok, money not a problem, just they didn't told us before. But thats for readers or who don't know that, i am writing

Location is amazing - hotel is located 10-15 min bus ride from Bergamo Orio al Serio airport. The reception was amazing, always smiling and caring.

It would be amazing if hotel would have its own partner taxi or shuttle firm, so that it would be cheaper than the current partner taxi rate (40 eur for a 10 min ride to the airport), in case you need to go to the airport at times when bus doesn’t work. It would make customers’ lives much easier and happier, if there would be a well-working airport connection system.

Location is very good right next to train station.. We had a room facing the backyard and had no problem with noise, but I think it might be different on the street side. Breakfast is ok, but I think it should be included. Room was basic style but it was nice and clean.

Breakfast could have been included in the price. 1 keycard per adult should be a norm, I find it strange one has to pay 5€ deposit to get another keycard.
