Nice hotel, we stayed in the room after renovation, part of the hotel is still under renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is easy access to the public transportation to get to the train station (you can walk actually) or airport - bus stop next to the hotel front door. It is nice to walk to the upper city from here too. In the neighborhood you can find plenty of dining and shopping options.

The view from our room was beautiful, you could see the old town, it was clean and comfortable, Good facilities too make a drink and having a fridge in our room was ideal, there was nice little touches such has gowns, slippers, shower gel and shampoo. The main reception was ideal for socialising with large comfortable seats and tables, close to the bar area. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I would just like to highlight THAT ALL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Great central location - 5 walking distance from restaurants and shopping at the centre of Bergamo. across the road from the bus station and 8 walking distance to the train station. Very nice room, slightly smaller than my liking but certainly very clean with very comfortable bed. I made a special request which was taken into consideration seriously and met at check in. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you Martina and all at the reception). Not luxurious If I am back to Bergamo, it will certainly be there - no doubt.

The foyer area is somehow small and uninviting - the lift is far too small for more than 2 people, although I was grateful it was always working. Not sure if I booked too ate or this is the usual prices, but it was slightly more expensive than expected.

We had everything we needed at this hotel. Staff was very polite and friendly. Loved the location - central, easy to reach from the airport, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Old town is within walking distance (or easily reachable by bus). Loved the selection of pastries during breakfast. Would book this hotel again without a doubt.

Scrambled eggs from the breakfast buffet were a bit too cold for my taste, however, it's a very minor thing and there's nothing else to complain about :)

They had a very nice breakfast. The service was good and everyone was very helpful and spoke good English.

We used the parking garage that they are using and some other customer drove into us there. We had to call the police to try to get a report but they refused to give it to us because it was a private parking area. This will be hard since the insurance company back home will not approve anything that doesn't have a police report. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but it was very unfortunate and made such a sour feeling about our experience of the stay and how the Italian police could not understand our situation and literally refused to report it.

The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This place was extremely clean!!! Sheets were crisp and tucked. No stains, no dust. All the details were in place. The bed was comfortable, calm, there was no noise. Outside was cold but the room was warm. Breakfast was nice, I’d rate 7/10. The hotel guests were high quality people. Best location possible!!! It’s in the centre, close to the shopping avenue, funicular and everything that is important. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful city. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. We were blown away by the room, the building and its location. Within easy distance of everything you could hope for from restaurants to beautiful architecture. There was just a feeling about the location that just made you smile. Our stay was the end of a wonderful 10 day experience travelling around Italy and what an end. This hotel and Bergamo are a must for anyone who wants to experience another aspect of Italy. We will definitely return to explore this region, it's an absolute must see.

Super friendly and helpful stuff, excellent location and spacious rooms with good amenities.

Usually when we travel and it happens that a family member has a birthday, we receive BD wishes from the hotel management and a small 5 EUR-ish like cake or candy. Money are not important, but the gesture always makes us feel happy. It didn't happen this time, which was a surprise having in mind that the front office was really helpful. Probably the hotel does not have that kind of policy, but that is a really small thing.

Perfect location to discover the city. Extremely helpful and kind staff, especially Christiana and Antonella who helped us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended for those as well who come to the city to see Atalanta playing because the stadium is only a 15-minute ride on bus number 6.
