Great place to spend a couple of nights. The owner is a very nice woman. She may not speak English perfectly, but you won’t need it, she explained everything in detail, showed. The most remarkable thing that captivates is the homely atmosphere. For tomorrow you will have cookies, and different types of tea and coffee, there is also an electronic kettle in the room. So there will be no problems with hot drinks, which is also convenient. Although I spent only one night and had to leave the room early in the morning, I want to thank the hostess for the warm welcome.

I had the Sweet Room, and the name did not deceive. Nice and spacious, tastefully furnished. Well equipped with all the little things - from water in the fridge to a corkscrew to restaurant coupons. I was allowed to leave my luggage early in the morning, way before check-in time. The room is part of an apartment where the owner also lives, so it has a nice family feeling while offering enough privacy. The location isn't right in the middle of things but still in short walking distance to many sights.

Just not to leave this field blank... I would have appreciated a bit of tourist information, like a map (I know there's Google Maps but I like the old-fashioned paper ones) or a brochure on Bergamo.

This was a great room for a solo traveller. It's very easy to get to straight from the airport via a local bus and a short walk. The host was very helpful and friendly, I stayed in the single room and it had everything I needed, There was a kettle, a selection of teas and coffee, a fridge with some water and juice in it, and a small toaster oven. The guesthouse is located just a 6 minute walk from the main shopping street in modern part of town. The room was in a house with a shared lounge area and bathroom, and I found it to be in a nice and quiet area.

The room itself was great. The only slight downside was that I couldn't find a convenience store nearby in the evening, but that's not such a big deal if you plan ahead. There is a Lidl supermarket just over 20 minutes walk away if you need some supplies and there is a bakery and cafe right across the road from the guesthouse.

The room was super clean, as was the whole apartment. Grazia was very sweet and allowed us to use the her iron and ironing board. The room was huge with really high ceiling and a balcony. There was also a big round table where we could have breakfast and make lunch. We had all the tableware we needed (metal cutlery, glass plates, etc). We also appreciated the fridge where we could keep some groceries. And, the mattress was big (King size I would say), new and very comfortable (foam, not springs). Thank you Grazia for staying up so late to welcome us too!

The accommodation is practical, as the location was good, the room was really spacious, with a couch, dining table and chairs, and even had a microwave, kettle and fridge. There's a also little balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs. The shared bathroom was available nearly the whole time, so that wasn't a problem and although Grazia, the owner, doens't speak English, she was helpful, providing some local maps and info.

The furniture and decoration are quite dated, so if that's a big deal for you, maybe not the best option. However, if you're not so bothered about that and you're looking for a clean and practical place and you're on a budget, I'd definitely recommend it.

Very big, clean and comfortable room. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available for guests. Location was good: near the train station, in a quiet street.

It was a bit hot in the room and there is no air conditioning, only a fan (although it was enough for us since temperature still drops at night at the beginning of summer).

The room was very cosily decorated in warm colors, had a carpet in front of the bed and nice paintings on the wall. The wooden floor was also very beautiful and made me feel I truly was in an authentic building instead of a standard hotel.The hallway in front of the room was also gorgeous with superb furniture and decorations, now I regret I didn't photographed it 😋 The room also had a mini fridge, water heater, small oven, plates, cup and cutlery. As a welcoming gesture the super nice owner provided buscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and bottled water. All this even though I spent only one night there. I highly recommend this lodging.

The room doesn't have its own bathroom, but it was my lack of attention I missed this detail. However the bathroom is just a few meters away from the room and it also comes with quite a few toiletries curtesy of the owner.

Excellent value for money accommodation in a very good location to explore the lovely Bergamo and access links to other places via the nearby railway and bus stations. Maria was very friendly and welcoming and her premises is spotlessly clean and very comfortable; the shared bathroom has a decent shower and my room was comfortable with a few nice touches such as a small fridge with a selection of canned and bottled drinks available (extra charge). The wi-fi was reliable and fast, the bed was comfy, there's plenty of wardrobe and other storage space and it's very handy to have a power distribution bar on the table by the kettle to easily plug phones etc in for charging. The property is also easy to find being clearly marked at street level with the number and the buzzer relating to the B&B clearly labelled. Highly recommended and many thanks to Maria for a very comfortable stay.

My only tiny criticism is a small bedside table with a lamp on it would have been good - there was a lamp but this was on the surface at the foot of the bed so shone sort of 'at you' while titling it meant less light. A minor criticism it has to be said!

Very good location and value for money. The owner was super nice and welcoming. I even got some biscuits and water and lots of toiletries in the bathroom for the guests. I enjoyed my stay (this is my 2nd time) and i hope to come back again.

Air condition would be nice, but there was at least a fan so i wouldn't lower the grade for that :)

I had to leave early in the morning and shared shower was occupied by some neighbor for a long time. also I had a problem with the lock in the door downstairs trying to leave
