very nice, comfortable hotel in a good location. We arrived late in the evening, we were quickly settled, very pleasant polite staff. Also pleased with the presence of an elevator to the second floor (because we had heavy luggage). The location of the hotel is good, you can walk around the old town. Everything was fine in the room, a little noisy from the street from cars, but it doesn’t bother me, since I am a resident of the metropolis). value for money, we will stay here again.

Everything was perfect from the booking process to the actual stay. They gave us a code for the door, because we arrived after midnight, along with a very nice welcome letter. The room was small but had everything a person might need. It was comfortable, warm, clean, beautiful even. This hotel saved us from having to spend the night at the airport, and at a reasonable price. I loved everything about the hotel. It had an amazing interior design, with vintage pieces, vases, statues, mirrors and paintings. The personnel was warm and very helpful. They eased my anxiety about traveling abroad alone for the first time. Definitely recommend!

The staff were very friendly and tried to help even though English was not very good. The location was walking distance from the train station. There were a few restaurants nearby with a good selection of food.

The shower cubicle was very tiny. We couldnt turn on the water and run it for a minute till it get warm, as the cubicle was so small - had to turn the shower on and jump out of the cubicle to let it run for a minute so the water becomes a bit warm, and in the process got a blast of very cold water. The road noise was audible as the hotel was very close to the road, but it was not a major issue.

The hotel is located in the building of an old monastery, it itself is a part of history. The location is also ideal for tourist trips - for example, to the Upper City - Citta Alta (the bus stop 1A going to the Upper City is a 5-minute walk from the hotel). Staff - friendliness, willingness to help their guests, courtesy, elegance. The free car park was the perfect option for me as I needed to make several trips by car.

Ideally, if the hotel had breakfast (or at least morning coffee)).

Fab little find. Extremely comfortable beds. Staff very nice and provided glasses, corkscrew etc o problem. Quirky little hotel very close to the centre

Everything was fine. Easier to find if go walk up the Main Street from the station until you get to the pink building the Mercure Hotel. Turn left just before and it’s a couple of 100 metres down from there

We are travelling with a three-year-old child. The room was comfortable for the family. It was great that there was a cot. The distance from the hotel to the centre and back was surmountable for a child.

The hotel administration put pressure to leave the hotel on time. We planned to leave on time, and we were not late, but they reminded us an hour before, then 15 minutes before departure. It was unpleasant.

Good location, close to airport by car, walk to train station and walk to visit Bergamo. We checked-in in the middle of the night without any problem. Comfortable bed. We did not found how to open air conditioning so we opened windows and slept well.

The hotel rooms have a unique vintage design, which for me is always more attractive than standard modern stuff. Beds were comfortable, shower functioning well. There are a few car parking places right at the entrance: a big advantage in Bergamo because otherwise it would not be so easy to find parking, not to mention finding it at a reasonable price. Thanks to the personnel for their helpfulness and attention.

There is no air vent in the bathroom but it is fine after all as there is a small openable window there.
