This was an unexpected gem. You think you are in a ruin but that is the design. Our room was excellent with great design and thought put into it and the bathroom was the same. Wonderfully clean and well presented. We ate there in the evening they only serve a typical Italian cheese and meat selection and a sweet with good local wine. Great atmosphere with young locals eating as well. Dogs were very welcome. Good breakfast.

Don’t be put off by the getting there through industrial buildings.

We were hiking tourists so I feel that it should be mentioned that the property is approximately 30 min on foot from Biella City Center. This should not be a deterrent because the property is beautiful and the hosts drove us into town the next morning.

We stayed a night on the way to France. We liked the accommodation. The room was airconditioned and had a nice communal kitchen, wifi was the best in the whole of Italy. The B&B is located in a newly converted large Italian farmhouse. Apart from the B&B, the owner runs an amazing pub in the venue. You really should not miss the charcuterie plate they serve. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay here while travelling through Italy- location is quite remote but is worth the drive. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open the evening we went as we would have loved to try their cheese and meat platters! Pool was a welcome addition in the heat and the breakfast was wonderful!

Beautiful place to stay, Roberto, his wife and son were all so friendly and kind. It was possible to have food and drinks too. Breakfast was incredible! So generous, fresh and plenty of choice. I will visit again for sure, in the height of summer when the pool is open will be lovely! Thanks.

Very cozy and feel-at-home place: well-designed, made with love to details (towel sets of different colors for each guest). Nice breakfast and extremely helpful and caring owners. Great value for money.

Nothing, really. Location is not in the very center, but it results in a calm , quiet stay

The location was excellent, very close to restaurants and the center but still quiet.

Typically the Italian breakfast is a sweet affair, so it; 's not a complaint, but there could have been a better variety of non-sugar foods.

Nicely decorated room. Comfortable bed.Good breakfast selection. Farmhouse vibe. No problem taking my bike to the room, the owner helped with that. H

Although there was a wedding celebration taking place on the night if my stay, the noise didn’t carry to my room. The nearest restaurant is a pizza restaurant, which was very good, although a short walk away.

Nice staff, wonderful hospitality, simple, but all you need, nice joint kitchen, pool sufficient for the kids, quiet in the middle of fields, 2km to City, offers Antipasti and Drinks in the night.

Need a car, 21m2 small for 4 people, but exactly as described.

It is a very unique and beautiful place. our room was truly beautiful with a huuuuge bathroom. There was so much food for breakfast. And the owners were super friendly too. Vegan options are available which is great!
