I arrived quite late to check-in after a stressful day and the man at the desk was so welcoming, and kind. He gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and get coffee the next morning. The room I was upgraded to was beautiful, so modern, clean and comfortable. I also received a complimentary beverage which was such a thoughtful touch.

I left my bags at reception and confirmed which time I should be back to head to the airport. They said they'd order a taxi - I cam back to checkout and had some slow/needy guests which took some time then another guest just came and pushed in I had to speak up cause the reception went to serve them. So not really their fault more just inconsiderate guests.

noisy air conditioning, glass (frosted) and leaky toilet doors so you can see person on toilet and hear everything, the breakfast selection was average, unfortunately the same every day without any variations

Room was comfortable, staff friendly and professional. Fitness Centre available, taxis are bookable by hotel and very efficient service is provided.

Extra choices needed at breakfast, bath filled very quickly with shower and became very slippery. Pillows a little soft would have benefited from one firm option to go with soft pillows. Fitness centre equipment choices could be better, with 2 people inside it is quite full and only 1 of each equipment could be a problem.

A prior guest had smoked in the room, so the place reeked of cigarettes when we checked in. Front desk handled it very well - we were given a replacement room immediately. That said, housekeeping should keep an eye on these things before considering the room ready for the next guest. The bathroom door is smoked glass, one of those that don't truly close - you can almost squeeze a finger between the door and the frame. I don't understand how room designers can be so tone deaf. Stop reinventing the door, designers: even people that share a room have a right to privacy in the toilet.

Very good location, 5 -10 minutes walking from the main railway station, not in the crowded area, very quite place, very good view from the room, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking space in the hotel and nearby.

The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the free parking that was underneath the hotel. Most bars that stayed open late were walking distance . The room itself was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, my wife and I felt well rested the next day to continue our journey through Italy !

No cons , loved everything

The room was spacious, very clean and everything perfectly in order and the interior had a luxurious touch. The design of the bathroom was a bit special, even exquisite. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and all presented very nicely. Wifi was high speed and worked very well.

The bed was far too firm for me. It's a pity because it clearly had a negative effect on the sleeping quality. Sad since all the rest of the hotel experience was very, very good. The bed is the only reason I'm not rating the hotel as exceptional.

Everything, the staff was really nice and professional,.We came with the dog, I asked for the room away from the lift, we got the very last one in the corridor. For us it was the best!!! No issue going to the lounge bar with the dog, he even got the extra snacks and a water. Very cosy place, great breakfest and Korres cosmetics, we are definitely coming back!!!

Nothing, it was absolutely great accomodation.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was as comfortable as was the pillows.

Disappointed with the outside gardens when we arrived, we didn't like the vibe around the area, and the outside of the hotel was very unkept, lawns needed mowing, and garden beds needed attention. There was no coffee making facilities in the room.

- Being a 4 stars and quite expensive hotel, it should include a boiler in the room. - Same comment for the breakfast, it was good but for this kind of hotel, you can expect more, especially for fresh fruits and hot food (there were no scrumbled eggs!). - The slamming room doors are really annoying. You should be able to do something about that. - Rooms could be cleaner, there was some dust on the bedside table.
