Routine stay, do this whenever we have an early morning departure, so convenient

You really have to do something about WiFi - works in the corridor, but most of the time dies when entering room (we had 456). Was told by reception that the one router you have doesn't reach everywhere. We need 100 % WiFi, and I am sure most of your guests do. So PLEASE, get yout geeks onto this ans do something about it.

We only spent there around 6/7 hours as we came in the late evening and used the airport transfer before 5 am. The staff was good and helpful, the room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel is called "FlyOn" and descibed as near the airport, but it is not located in the same building or that close to the airport as you could expect in fact. On feet it takes more than 30 minutes and there is a luck of sidewalk and lights, so it is more save to use the transport. It is great that there is such option from the hotel. Nevertheless, our flight were at 6 am and the first transfer at 4:45 was apparently almost too late for us, due to long queues at the airport and we almost missed our flight. I such case I recommend to order a taxi on your own, also because there were a lot of people from the hotel waiting for the 4:45 transfer and we almost did not fit into that bus and the driver was kind of rude.

Room and staff were good. Restaurant take-out was good.

It was Terrible!!! No one said that to take the shuttle the next morning you needed to get a number.This was not said to me and I did not see that anywhere in the room. The man at the desk in the am said he had said it, but if in Italian I did not understand and if before 4:45 am I was not there. Somebody should make it clear that you need to show up MUCH earlier than 4:45 am and get a number. None of this was known to me. It put my plan of getting to the airport in jeopardy and created stress because the first shuttle was full. Myself and another guest (American who did not speak Italian) were completely shocked and blindsided by this. We split a taxi. So much for the "free" shuttle! Not good at all.

Location at airport. Fantastic food. Great ambience and decor. Interesting set of guests. Bar restaurant and reception service of exceptional quality.

Shuttle bus driver did not make it clear where to wait for him but drove past me twice. Directions from reception could have been clearer, more patient explaining exactly where to wait for shuttle bus. Hotel is only 600m from Airport but do NOT attempt to walk it, as what the map does not show is that you need to go through a military airfield to get there. Wait for the shuttle bus which comes ever 15 minutes at the left side of the airport arrivals exit where the tourist coaches park (not buses as they were confusingly described)

I don't know what those negative reviews were about, but I had a great time staying here. It was clean, the staff was very kind, the room was spacious and well appointed. There were some dark spots in the shower, but I think it is the minerals in the water, not mold or a lack of cleanliness. The food in the restaurant was nice both for dinner and breakfast. Check in and out were both seamless. I had a very good drink at the bar. So convenient to get to the airport. I travel a LOT and was very happy with my stay. I would stay again.

The WiFi wasn't super fast and the wine by the glass in the restaurant was mediocre, which is a shame given the hotel is in Bologna!

Loved the warm atmosphere both in the room and the communal areas. Excellent location for flying out of Bologna airport. Very good value for money.

The restaurant serves lovely food, however the service is in desperate need of more staff or/and better management. Waited over 40 minutes before drinks orders were taken and then almost as many before the food finally arrived…all the while a group of people who arrived at the same time as us had their full meal. This was our personal experience but we noticed other clients had to wait very long to get served. A few more power outlets in the bedroom would be in order.

We basically booked this hotel because it was our last night of vacation and we had a 7am flight the next morning. They had a free shuttle which was perfect for us. What I wasn't expecting was the wonderful hotel staff and the VERY comfortable bed. It was really a great stay. We did go to town for dinner though.

There was a really long line to check in, but the hotel employee was soo nice when we checked in. It was our most expensive room we stayed in during our whole trip in Bologna and Croatia. Croatia was just so inexpensive compared to an airport hotel. However, I had one of my best sleeps in this hotel.

A nice cozy hotel with a nice yard and interior, very clean and quite spacious. I had a good rest there after a long exhausting road. The hotel provides free scheduled shuttle buses from/to airport, which is very convenient when you first arrive at the city.

I would appreciate if there was a small teapot in the room/a cooler with hot/cold water in the corridor, otherwise it was really good. Also, the shuttle place at the airport was not indicated and was very stressful to find in the evening.

Everything ok! We can totally recommend it. A recommendation if you arrive after midnight (when the free shuttle from the hotel doesn't run anymore) and don't want to pay an expensive taxi for the short distance to the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the Parking P4. From there, it takes around 10 minutes walking to the Hotel. The street was properly illuminated and had not much traffic.

The location. Although it looks very close to the airport in the map, this is misleading and it is more than 2 km.

It is a big plus the fact that the hotel provides a shuttle from/to the airport (be advised, the shuttle has a schedule, it does not run all day/night, you can find the schedule on the hotel's website). The hotel is OK, but it could use some improvements. The room was pretty clean, but not to be praised. The people from the reception are helpful, but I think there is a little bit of chaos. We arrived late in the evening and we had a surprise when we got to the room. The room was not cleaned and prepared for new guests (the bed was not made, there were used towels in the bathroom). We received another room, a bigger one with balcony, I guess as an apology. You also have the possibility to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, we paid 10 euros per person (continental buffet) and the food was really delicious. Vittorio (if I remember correctly), who greeted us at breakfast each morning, is very polite and friendly.
