We got upgraded room. Polite staff ready to help. Easy to find, and easy check in. Parking across the street. Not far from the city center. Big room and bathroom. Heating is working normally. Vending coffee and snacks machine.

WIFI (internet) not working at all! Breakfast not included in the price. No gym. Only one elevator for this size of a accommodation and number of rooms. (it should be at least 3). Thin walls and celling (you can hear noisy guests from upstairs and doors from the hall.) Blankets are smelly. (dry cleaning or washing needed like yesterday).

I have booked the studio rooms, they were spacious rooms with kitchen including a micro wave, electric heater, dishs, spoons and forks and a meduim fridge The location is very close to center, 2.5 kilos 25 min by foot or 7 min by taxi that costs 8 euros. Also the location is close to atm, forno and a small supermarket. Cleanese is perfect. Staff are very helpfull and lovely. You can start check inn online before arrival, so when you arrive you only have to show your passport and ket your room keys in 2 minutes olny no need to wait in queue to checkin

Breakfast is limited as the situation with all Italian hotels, but its fresh foad and accepted. Fridge might not be good for keeping ham morethan 3 days, it's not a big deal anyway. Price is aliitle bit expensive.

Everything was great. We were immediately greeted by friendly faces in the reception. The woman upgraded our room for free since we asked for two separate beds, even though we have ordered a queen bed. They gave us a comfy room and shortly a woman came to make a second bed in a sofa for me. She was happy and service minded, also quick in her efforts to make a nice bed for me. On the room where a full kitchen too and a spacious sofa and TV. We felt very welcome here and would recommend this hotel to people who like high quality and yet pay a decent price.

Everything was great. I can not complain over anything at all.

The hotel is nice. The staff is helpful. Rooms are really big for city hotel. Breakfast is ok.

Due to the construction work in the area around the hotel, there is no public transport. The closest bus stops are closed. The only way to fo to the center of Bologna is taxi. May be they shoud write this down in the description. It is also written that they have parking. That is the main reason for us to choose them. One day before arriving they sent us a message with the information that it cost 20€ per day. May be they shoud write this in the description too. However it turns out that there are no available spots, so we had to driving around on the streets (half of them are under construction) to find a spot in the zone and than walking back to the hotel.

A location close to the airport (30 minutes by bus) and to the city center (30 minutes by foot to Piazza Maggiore or to Bologna Centrale). It's also close to the bus station for city center, airport or Borgo Panigale and to two supermarkets, Coop and Lidl (5 minutes by foot). The room, towels and sheets were clean and you have also a small kitchen in the room, with fridge, microwave and dishes.

Our opinion is that this hotel doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, it's maximum a 3 star hotel. The reception lobby is very small, the receptionist didn't tell us about the city tax until the check-out (it was 30 euro for 2 persons for a 5 nighst/6 days stay). Also, the furniture is very used and needs to be refurbished, the doors of the kitchenette and of the kitchen cabinets are nearly broken, when you open them it makes it difficult to pass through the room, on the balcony they have only a table with no chairs, in the kitchenette the dishes seem to be left there by tourists and not bought by the hotel and the microwave is put on the stove.

Spacious room with plenty of amenities to make your stay feel like home. Big desk and TV with Netflix, large sofa, including a small kitchen and bar. The bathroom was amazing, spacious with natural light. Very quiet, even though the room was facing the boulevard and that is a big big plus for us - enjoying the city's atmosphere without the hassle of noises.

Some lights were barely functioning or not functioning at all, making the room very dark. The spotlights near the beds were not intense and could not be fixed in a position that could light anything else than the nightstands. The elevator was a little bit slow and very hard to catch during peak hours such as breakfast time.

Room was spacious and bright, with balcony. It was located to the main road and park near by - you could hear singing birds... or a lot of noise in the morning if you forgot to close the window (even though it was the last floor - 8!) Bathroom was spacious and comfortable. There was kitchenette in the room, we didn't use it so I'm not able to comment if it is convenient for use. Very slow lift so I usually go down on feet :) Cost of breakfast is 8 euro per person per day what is a good deal taking into consideration prices in local cafes. Overall you could notice that great days of this building are gone (probably with 80's) but stuff is friendly and rooms' interiors were renovated.

Very poor internet connection. Cost of city tax was not included in the price so you need to add 3,5 euro per person per day on top. Noise from the road will wake you up around 7 o'clock during the week days (it's not that noisy on Saturday any more).

The room has enough space with kitchen and with free coffee and tea. Good enough for family (we have 1yr old) so we all fit in the bed. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. They even offer drinking water next to their cafeteria. Breakfast was yummy and has different variations. The staff were also nice.

The private parking they offer was tight. We have Skoda combi which was a challenge to go in and out of their parking. We also had to go outside to load and unload our stuff. They do not have direct access from Parking to the reception. Also there was only 1 lift, so we always had to wait. Other than that all is good.

Room was very spacious, bright, and quiet. The hotel is a bit further out of the main city centre of Bologna but we didn't mind this as it was just a 30min bus ride to the airport with the bus stop 500m or so from the property (and this was our priority). The hotel was also easy to reach with a short bus ride from the city centre or from Bologna Centrale station. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful when we asked them some questions about how to get to the airport as well as advice on Bologna.

Wifi was unstable, and despite the room being generally pretty clean, we found some water still in the water boiler with no idea of how long it's been there. There was tea in the room but no coffee, although we didn't ask the staff for it so I don't know if it would have been provided free of charge.

The position of the hotel is great...nice walk to the center under i portici. There is a good parking place just across the street for 6 Euros/day. The room is actually a fully equipped apartment. The heating system is very good and the hotel is not noisy. The beds are big and comfortable, there are enough towels, shampoos and soaps in the bathroom. We stayed for two days and each day the staff refilled the toiletries and made the beds.

The only problem is the bad WiFi. It's not a problem with the signal but they restricted the number od users (we really don't understand why) so it was difficult to be connected with 3 devices at the same time. We reported the problem to the reception and although they tried, they could not fix it. It's a real shame because everything else was really good.
