The location is perfect to reach all the major tourist spots. The hotel is located amidst everything though nicely on a quiet street. My room was very quiet. The air-conditioning was set (unchangeable) at 24C which for the season was OK. The breakfast I did not opt for. There is a good grocery within a few steps, many cafes, bookstores, restaurants directly in the area.

Everything was quite good except there was no hot water, and I need hot water for a particular therapy. Other than that, the room was quite comfortable with a small, but more modern refrigerator.

The room and the bathroom were clean and more spacious than we expected. The staff was very kind, before we arrived they send us a detailed message about how to reach the hotel avoiding the ZTL zone. The hotel is located on a side street in the centre of Bologna, so it's not noisy and is also easy to reach the main attractions of the city just by walking.

The only complaint we have is that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so at the beginning of the night we were disturbed by the neighbors talking and the noise of the water from the sinks when they were opened.

Unassuming from the outside but in an excellent location, this hotel was a great find. Cafés, bars etc a few yards away and an easy walk to the city centre, but in a quiet side street. Friendly and welcoming reception staff, even a singing cleaning lady! Large comfortable room, good shower, mini fridge and an electric kettle - fantastic. Breakfast had a good buffet and you could order your own selection of sausage, cheese and pastries the night before. Finally, they were happy for you to leave your baggage before and/or after checkin/out. Brilliant.

Excellent service and price and conveniently located in the city centre. The young woman at the reception on the afternoon when we arrived was particularly professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with this choice

The hotel has been recently renovated, and there were a couple very minor things in the bathroom that could be fixed (ie, a faucet that's a bit unstable, etc). Very minor things, not a problem at all

The hotel itself was lovely, room was very good, bed comfortable. But the banging of doors was just ridiculous. The doors were not easy to get shut properly but you did not have to bang the shut, this was the fault of guests who did not care about other guests and not the hotel itself. Although it is the reason I did not give top marks.

Between the city center and the railway station (10-15 minutes walking to reach both). Very clean, fresh towels every day. Air conditioned, modern gardrobe. Nice, helping staff.

The walls are a bit thin, so when other guests or their pets are loud, you hear everything. The hair dryer is a bit old, but working. We missed a small pillow too - there was only one big pillow per guest. But these were not a problem, we used the room just to sleep!

Location was super. A few steps from "Finestrella di Via Piella", 7 min walks from Piazza Maggiore, 15 min walk from train station. Many restaurants nearby, I would recommend Trattoria "La finestrella", delicious food at reasonable price. Conad supermarket just 1 min walk from the hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly and the room itself was clean, warm and comfortable. Moreover, the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to the centre of Bologna, which is nice if you want to explore the city on foot. The price was also affordable. We liked staying there :)

Everything’s good, but the sound insulation in the hotel is a little bit poor.

We had to arrive late for check-in and the reception was open 24h, which was really great. The lady in the reception was really nice. The location is great, very central, although the street in which the Hotel is located does not look so good. We found the room very cozy. The air conditioning was great (it was limited by law to a minimum of 24ºC, but it was sufficient to make us feel comfortable even in the Italian summer). The room has a TV, safe, minibar and a wardrobe. We got a room with a smaller bed, but it was okay for us. Bathroom was nice. Overall, I found this a cost-benefit stay.

I would say that the elevator is a bit scary for those who do not feel comfortable, because it wobbles a little bit when you step inside. In addition, I would say the the space outside the rooms, the halls, need some painting.

Great location, close to the historical centre. Several places to eat and supermarket closeby. Room with nice size and small fridge available. Heating in the toilet as well.

The hotel allows you to leave your luggage but makes you sign a paper saying that they take no responsability about it. How can you leave your luggage and be relaxed like this ?
