The location was fantastic, everywhere I wanted to go was no more than 30 mins walk away, and most things were much closer. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but good coffee and a good selection of items. The room was small but had everything I needed. The room also had aircon, which was crucial during the heatwave that Bologna experienced while I visited!

The shower was quite small with not a lot of room to manoeuvre, so it would be a challenge for those with limited mobility. The WiFi was a bit patchy but worked well enough!

The property was very well located, close to the city centre and train station - makes it very convenient for travellers wishing to take day trips out of Bologna. The staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is its proximity to a busy restaurant area that made it a bit noisy at nighttime. However, this would only be a problem in summer when the window needs to be open for circulation.

Bedroom was small but comfortable, extra pillow always a pus. Bathroom was small but perfect for one. I hadn't realised there was a breakfast included. It was just a croissant and coffee, so I was pleasantly surprised rather than disappointed. Location was great, its right in the centre.

The heat in the room was a little intense, I had to open a window to regulate the temperature and there were some roadworks outside (not the fault of the hotel) which obviously got louder.

All neat and clean, and instant hot water from the shower. Breakfast was simple but nice: great coffee, croissant and jams. Great location: so close to the places I wanted to go to.

No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. The walls must be pretty thin, I could hear the fellow in the next room snoring! Not to mention his hour-long conversation at 1am.

The location is perfect. 10 minute walk from the city square, lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. The staff is really helpful, agreed to watch over our luggage after checkout. Complementary breakfast is included, but it is subpar. Furniture was old, but mainly clean. The rooms was spacious, but the shower is a little small.

A little noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The position is super central; the staff were all lovely, kind and very helpful; rooms are simple but bed was super comfy; lovely view of San Luca from bedroom (was on 5th floor); lovely breakfast included

Maybe the bathroom was a bit tiny, but definitely not something I would define as a negative. We all really enjoyed the stay

Location was excellent. The coffee and croissant breakfast was a nice surprise. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room had a nice view. The room was nice and compact. Comfortable bed. The room was clean as was the bathroom.

11am check out. Rain head shower. I prefer to have a hand held shower option too. A good value for money hotel in a nice area.

The location was excellent, very central and in an atmospheric area. There was a nearby bus to the conference centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel was kept very clean. There was a nice small area to sit outside. Although there was a restaurant opposite the noise was not intrusive at night when the window was closed

The shower and ensuite is very small. The bed was a little soft for my personal preference.

Excellent location, staff were very polite, rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was simple (coffe & crosiaant) but a nice way to start the day.

My room was facing the street- it was very noisy on Friday & Saturday nights, not so bad Sunday night. But this is not the hotels fault. Bring ear plugs!

Perfect position midway from the station to Piazza Majore. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Fresh towels, crisp bed linen. Big bed in large room. (Rm.305) Almost no outside noise despite facing main road.

Needed a chest of drawers to enable us to unpack properly. Strange oversight. Shower cubicle very small. Could occasionally hear fellow guests through the walls.
