The property was outside of the Bologna city center and was very easy to get to and from via walking or a taxi. The room was small but comfortable. But the real gem of this property is the STAFF!! Our luggage was delayed and they did all they could to provide the essentials for us. When our luggage arrived, they cheered with us! They answered our questions, gave recommendations, helped us with transportation and were genuinely kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

I was very happy with the location because I did not have to drive around so much from the highway. At the same time, I was close to the conference centre. There was road construction on the way to the conference and pedestrian access was poor. I realise that this was not the responsibility of the hotel, but rather a problem of the local community. Of course, I could not walk through the "Fiera", although that would have made my walk more pleasant.

Good points during stay: 1) Highly professional personell - it was a real preasure to contact them. 2) Clean room and hotel in general, modern state of interior 3) Good and tasty continental breakfast 4) Free avaliable parking on the hotel territory 5) Convinient placement near the highway

What can be improved: 1) Add sewing kit in room supplies by default 2) Cafe personell on the 1st floor where breakfast takes place not so quick and add food with dealy - that's why we had often to wait when we wanted to take something to eat

The hotel is fabulous. Good size rooms, friendly staff, a nice buffet breakfast. About a 35 minute walk to the centre. Only 15 minutes by taxi to the Airport. Bus route 35 goes direct to Central Station in about 10-15 minutes. However not on Sundays/Public Holidays

Hotel had a good breakfast. Staff were great and great value for money.

There wasn't really much around the hotel, had to take a taxi or uber into the center for food. Also the light switches were strange in the room bring behind the bed, we accidently turned the lights on the middle of the night a couple times. Also no bedside tables for drinks or phone.

Hotel was nice and clean, the Breakfast Buffett was big and tasty. Room-Service was very good too. The Hotel Staff speaks different Languages if needed. We really enjoyed our Weekend-Trip because of this Hotel!

The Area around the Hotel is more like Industry with some suspicious Vans in dark Corners on the Streets. But that has nothing to do with the Hotel!

the location would not be my first choice, because it is in a bit of an industrial zone, however it is close to the airport, 10 minutes to the centre and the hotel is modern with really good rooms and excellent beds and bathroom!

Excellent location for the exhibition center, relaxed atmosphere, super friendly staff; felt quite comfortable

The rooms are not very large, bathrooms may ask for some repairs soon- but quite alright for a short stay

due to ongoing constructions, the nearest bus stops were unavailable.the best way to reach the hotel would be to book a cab/taxi. trying to walk until the hotel with suitcase wouldn't be ideal as there are hardly any pedestrian/ foot paths.

The cost was suitable for the room I was given. Staff were professional. The shower produced multiple jets of hot water.

The pillows could be more comfortable. The wifi did not allow for certain apps and internet programs.
