Nice beds, really confortable and big bathroom, it had air conditioning, a kitchen which was used by all the guests, free coffee! I liked the fact that you don't have to use an actual key to enter the facility.

The fact that they don't have a back up key, so when we forgot to leave the physical key on the last day (though we were going to come in the evening for our bags), we had to come back to the rooms to leave it. Also, the staff took quite a bit of time to respond to our messages.

It's a great place and the room is spacious and beautiful. The host, although not present at the property, was very helpful and answered each of my annoying whatsApp messages, so the communication was easy. There is a very nice breakfast area with seating arrangements. The breakfast is very simple/standard, but there is an amazing bakery nearby so you can grab something from there - Montello The location - the place is not in the city center, but it takes only 15 minutes to reach the downtown/old city area. It is a very pleasant area and I enjoyed the walk. I read some reviews from people who complaint that is noisy, but the windows, when closed, are of high quality and will not allow any noise in.

Nothing to complain It's a self-check-in, which worked great for me, but there is zero live interaction with the host or any staff member, so if you are the kind of person who enjoys these little things, you might get a bit disappointed. But if you need anything and write a message, the host will respond quickly and will help you. It's a very good place - go for it.

The room was spacious and had good storage and bathroom. The kitchen area was very comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and breakfast food for the morning. The self check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with leaving baggage and getting into the apartment🤩 Location was good with just 10 mins walk to the centre.

The check out 10am is a little too early as once you have checked out there are no toilet facilities so you have to go outside. For us with having a late flight this was a little inconvenient but of course not a problem of the hotel I just wished I’d booked an extra night.

The location was excellent, just inside the St. Felice gate. Accommodation was spotless. Barbara is a helpful and friendly host. Having a full sized fridge is handy if you are accumulating meat and cheese to bring home, though you have to share the fridge with other guests. The kitchen is good for making a salad, but I am not sure I would cook a full meal.

The B&B is clean, well located and comfortable. Barbara is incredibly helpful and responsive!

The walls are quite thin so we could sometimes hear people from above or neighboring rooms which was a bit disturbing.

It is located inside the of old city wall at a beautiful street. A great starting point for all your explorations of the old part of Bologna. I came without a smart phone which is necessary for the self check in. Barbara was super helpful and friendly, guided me as a remote operator through all hurdles and i had a prefect stay at Felice. Highly recommended!

We were a couple with 2y baby. I booked late and was told that they have only small rooms. However, the room was just enough for us and did not feel small at any time. Also the communication with the owner, the instructions how to access the apartment were great. The breakfast was fine for this type of accommodation and price. There is a big, common room with kitchen & tables

Noise from hallway. And, our bed had a footboard that didn’t allow much room around bed without bruising your knees.

Easy self check-in & check-out, nice breakfast area with seating arrangements. Coffee, tea, filtered water, cereal, milk...soy 'milk' was a plus! About 20' walk to the city center. All in all, it was good and would come back 👍

Very comfortable and clean. Reasonable breakfast provisions included, and very useful kitchen facilities. Thank you very much for a decent coffee machine. About a fifteen-mnute walk from the centre, but in an interesting area, with some reasonable-looking restaurants and cafes. In spite of the reservations mentioned below, I would use this accommodation again, and recommend it.

I expected the "self check-in" to be using a machine at the entrance, as in, for example, Formula 1 hotels in France. It was completely different, and new to me. The phone/online check-in and provision of documents worked okay after a false start with receiving the required link, but the link allowing access to the building and room does not work unless the visitor is online, which will not be the case for many until they gain access. I was very pleased that I had asked the owner for her telephone number. Without it, access to the building would have been difficult. The bathroom has a rather unpleasant drain smell, and the toilet seat needs repairing.
