If you are thinking about booking this place, don't. Don't think about it, do it! In my 4 weeks in Italy this was the nicest hotel I stayed in and the best value. Location - a short walk from the Vittoria metro station. I saw all the sights I wanted to see in Brescia and never walked more than 20 minutes from the hotel. As it was so central I could pop back in during the day for a cold drink, cool off and bathroom stop before heading out again. Staff - Lydia and Stefania are just absolute rays of sunshine. So helpful and kind. I had a last minute hiccup with my arrival time and they messaged me back right away with instructions on how to get in after hours and even messaged that evening to check I arrived safely. The staff remembered from my booking about my food allergies. The room - spacious, spotless, comfy bed. The most luxurious toiletries that smelt so nice. Bottled water provided daily. What a luxury to have a big fluffy bathrobe and slippers too. Breakfast - a really top selection even for people who are vegetarian and coeliac. You will not go hungry!

Nothing but some hooks in the room for handbags, hats etc would be handy.

Excellent facility located at a great spot in the heart of the old city. The room was really clean and cozy, whereas fully equipped (there were bathrobes even for the kids!). On another note, the fridge was fully refilled with water bottles on a daily basis. The breakfast was rich and full of homemade products, including also gluten free choices. Finally, the ladies who run the place are really friendly and nice and are doing a really great job! Overall, it is a gorgeous place!

Fantastic place!! Centrally located, outstanding little hotel in an old house - completely newly refurbished. Very nice and helpful staff. When arriving, you are welcomed like a member of family. They served breakfast even earlier on the departure day, as our train left early! Breakfast is just wonderful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, pancake with marple sirup, etc, etc. Room was spacious and quiet. Hotel centrally located and 13 minutes by foot to the station. (5 to the metro). We could have stayed forever : )

Everything from the location, staff and amenities. Located right in the heart of the old town and near the Vittoria metro station, this location is easy to get too and makes for a great jumping off point to go explore this amazing little city. They have a bar and restaurant downstairs which includes complimentary breakfast. There is a ton of places near by to go eat/drink as well as tourist landmarks. Rooms were spacious, clean with excellent bathroom and shower amenities.

This is a fabulous hotel!! We took a short taxi ride from the train station because we were hot and tired, but when we left it was a straightforward 15-minute-walk back to the station. The staff were lovely, and so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional....freshly squeezed orange juice, bacon and eggs made to order, and yummy fruit salad, as well as other wonderful items on offer. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, and is in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful city of Brescia. We highly recommend this hotel!!

Everything was perfect. I couldn't wish for a better hotel to stay in. The rooms are immaculately clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, with a great variety. The location is near everything important in old Brescia. And the star of the show is Lidia, always happy to give (good) advice, recommend the best places to eat or to visit, but also the places that aren't. I really believe this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Excellent staff and delicious breakfast! Everyone treated us very well, and the breakfast is complete with high quality foods and drinks, and you can order from the kitchen. The bedroom is very clean and comfortable, the bed was good and the bathroom is well equipped. The overall experience was great.

If you drive there like we did, be prepared to park far away. There was no place to park near the hotel so we had to leave the car on a parking lot about 10 min walking, not a big deal since it is well known that parking in Brescia is bad.

Everything was just perfect. Extremely friendly ladies. Sophia is such a beautiful, nice girl who was answering every question we had and from what I heard spoke at least 3 lenguages which is very very helpful. Amazing breakfast. Great service. Perfectly clean. Super cozy room. The bed is sooo comfortable. Super nice bathroom. Very close to everything because it's centrum. We will for sure come back there.

I loved everything! Fantastic and warm welcome and although I was very early so my room wasn't ready, they were kind enough not just to look after my bag but they also put it in my room when it was ready and even hung up my coat for me (nice touch!). I was also provided with a map and information on where to go plus 3 restaurant recommendations. The bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Bed was wonderfully comfortable and definitely the best shower of the holiday as the water pressure was really good. Although in a noisy street, once the window was closed, it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast was also better than I had experienced as not only could you choose some continental breakfast items, but they also had a list of cooked options you could choose from. Location was absolutely perfect - in the centre of everything so easy to pop back to the hotel room at various points during the day.

Amazing little hotel: starting with friendly and caring staff, through clean and cosy room, till fantastic breakfast with many sweet&salty options (rarely available in Italy). Central location in the old town, good Wi-Fi, all the services nearby (shops, restaurants, transportation).

We got the room with the view on the wall (inner courtyard), which made room a little dark, but since we spent all days outside it wasn’t such a big problem.
