We were in the Deluxe King Studio. The space was much bigger than expected, particularly due to the high ceilings and skylights. The corridors were carpeted so it muffled the noise from footsteps, and there was a wardrobe/hallway area that had a door to create an extra noise barrier to the corridor. The staff were helpful and there was always someone on reception as we came and went. The location was a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the centre, bur far enough to avoid the sound of traffic.

Some things were strangely missing from the room, but we did arrive three hours earlier than we said we would. For instance the kitchen only had one mug, no tin opener and no bottle opener, but I'm sure had we asked at reception for these I'm sure we would have got them, we just didn't mention it because it was covid-era and we didn't want to make a fuss. While the room was quiet of street and corridor noise, we could hear people talking loudly in the rooms adjacent. It didn't last too long nor keep us awake, but that'll be down to the individuals who happen to be staying there at that time.

Buildings are exceptional, architecture is amazing. Staff serving breakfast and room service for exemplary, smiley and courteous, as with some of the reception staff. Location in town is excellent for exploring.

An upgraded room is a must, as the initial price room is very basic, dark, small and has no air-conditioning. Showers need modernising and definitely the toilets in the main area. It could do with facilities to make a drink in your room as there is no bar available And one cannot get a drink unless at breakfast or dinner time although there is a machine serving cold drinks near the reception area.

Amazing location in the city center of Brescia in a 17th century Baroque palace! Beautiful courtyard and church on the property. Our room was very simple and basic without an airconditioner, but with a fan which saved our nights :) (Rooms with airconditioner are also available). Easy to access by bus from the train station. Good breakfast is offered for 9€ per person. We enjoyed our stay because of the perfect location and amazing interior of the palace! Easy to have day trips to near Lake Garda from Brescia, we enjoyed the beautiful town of Sirmione. Would recommend if you enjoy beautiful interior and history.

Our room was facing the parking lot. The gate of the property is making quite some noise when closing which was a bit disturbing during the nights.

A fantastic building which is so ornate belying the price you will pay. The grounds are fun to walk. Whilst the room was basic it was perfectly comfortable for the purpose of our stay - somewhere to wash and sleep. Breakfast was good at €9 each. A good selection of food although we only got one coffee. staff were very friendly allowing us to keep our baggage at the hotel until closer to our train time. The hotel is also really well located for restaurants, bars and venturing into the city.

Due to the age of the building, you could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms. my partner didn’t sleep well. However, I can’t attest to this as I slept like a baby.

Impressive site, however the rooms the corridor of the building we were placed in were clearly not the breathtaking posh picture that you would see on the photos. A very efficient and friendly reception, touching a level of the 4-star (they even offer you umbrellas ☔️) . A room has a mini-bar on a totally friendly terms (please read the totally unusual offer, once you checked in) - you don’t even mind that it is a non- alcoholic mini bar. I could go on like this with surprising assets of this hotel!

Well, not much really. In those huge rooms a bigger TV set would be in order. A bigger refrigerator would also be welcome, as the mini bar fridge is too small for a bottle of wine or a beer. Also, the restaurant is allegedly working only after 7pm. Why not during lunchtime? During the day, the only coffee you can get is from 5 vending machine: utterly lousy, especially in a homeland of espresso, of this godly Italian gift to the humanity!

- The insonorization between the rooms is poor, but the other guests were quiet

The location is a historic building with nice garden and some beautiful paintings and sculpture inside. Common areas are enjoyable and elegant. Generous and rich breakfast served in the garden. Staff helpful and kind. Private parking available. Silent rooms. Even a chapel in the garden!

Some rooms are not modern and without air conditioning. In general, some renovation works would do magic as the whole place is prone to be a really fantastic residence. After being given a small room with a wall literally in front of the window, we managed to change it with a bigger room with a proper view (we had booked a king room).

The property is located just at the edge of central Brescia, and is only a 5-10 minute walk to major sites and shopping streets, bars, restaurants and all that Brescia has to offer. The grounds of the hotel are quiet and peaceful all within it's palace walls on the other side of which is a fantastic city. The room and attached bathroom were spacious with views to the sprawling inner grounds of the hotel. The parking is within the hotel's walls, so it is safe and convenient.

Would have been happier with other than the hard-boiled eggs at breakfast, but the overall buffet was plentiful with everything necessary and more.

Friendly staff, always cheerful and happy to assist. Very spacious room, with lots of storage places. Clean and organized room and overall facilites. Good location, close to the city center.

Air conditioning was practically non existent, there was an portable AC system, but it was not very efficient and very very noisy (so it wasn't possible to leave it on for long and the room would get hot really fast). The shower could be better, very low water pressure.

Clearly a church-owned facility it is appropriately appointed with ample courtyard divided into a comfortable car park and a lavish arboretum where one has breakfast under umbrellas. There's a sense of elegance and style, even if the actual standard is closer to a regular hotel. It is these features combined with excellent continental breakfast, sizeable rooms and properly working a/c (a must in the summer) and a quiet old-town location where everything is in the walking distance that make the place a truly outstanding choice.

I found nothing that would be lacking.
