Wonderful little boutique hotel. Was clean and tidy, with outstanding customer service and tips from everyone working there. Very close to the main area of Cagliari, but away from the busy streets. We got parking out the front east. Thank you for having us.

The queen bed had two singles put together which we felt was not reflected in the stars and nightly price or the advert. Reception each morning smelt like sewage, not sure if issue with pipes due to heat wave. Ground floor apartments near the front of the hotel, you can hear everything in reception. The doors may need better soundproof. Water should be included given you can’t drink it and the heat wave. Maybe two a day included.

Very clean, amazing breakfast and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care to ensure guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nothing much. The only thing was the garden was next to a busy road but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all. Sitting out on the comfy sofas with the nicest aperol spritz ever in the evening sun was not ruined by the traffic noise. Evening meals would be nice but, again, you can get snacks from the bar and they are good value and quality.

Beautifully decorated with everything you could want. Our room was breathtaking. The bar was very well located with a great selection. The garden was beautifully kept and the breakfast room was stunning. You can see all the extra attention to detail throughout. Most importantly the staff were the best I have come across, ever! (and I used to work in hospitality). They make you feel at home and that nothing is a problem or an ask. A special thank you to who ever looked after us on reception and the cleaning staff for the most efficient and quick room service I have seen! So very impressed and feel we must come back. Thank you so much.

Parking - there is plenty on road free but you just have to get a space. There is loading by the property for 15minutes for bags but if those are taken you have to get the closest space you can find. This was not a problem but is the only thing I can think of!

Lovely, well decorated, chic boutique hotel with charming staff, good breakfast and beautiful garden. The room was elegant and the bathroom spacious. The taxi service organised from the airport was perfect. You're not in the centre but so close it's a good balance (next to botanical gardens). I loved the decor and the ambiance.

It was a bit cold in the room (but there is a radiator) and they brought me sheets instead of a blanket. It's too bad the bar did not really serve food (so no room service really). I also did not like the way I was asked to leave because it was 11:45 and I thought check-out was at noon. No need to show up at my door with that worried, pressing look! Just ring me...

The hotel interior and grounds are lovely. Our room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. The hotel staff are exceptional - very friendly, attentive, always cheerful and helpful. Loved the breakfasts - a huge choice, fresh and inviting - and the breakfast room has a beautiful aspect. The location couldn't be better - a quiet and attractive area yet so convenient to walk into the centre or to reach many great restaurants.

Stunning hotel all around. The common rooms elegant and gorgeous. Walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast was great with lots of food options including fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and hot options with bacon and eggs. The room was gorgeous and the hotel staff helpful and friendly.

There wasn’t a great system for understanding where to park or any assistance provided for unloading luggage and then parking. I had to park around the corner which was easy enough, but more difficult carrying baggage uphill to get to the hotel. Could be difficult for some travelers.

Staff were kind, attentive and knowledgeable! Location was close to shopping, great landscape To walk and spectators view!

There was no parking for our car (rented car) The room was wonderful however we were out Side of the main building in the garden. Although we had our own yard We still had to walk through guests Who were either having breakfast or through events That we’re taking place during our stay! Suggestion to the hotel, let the guests know This when booking the room, so not to be surprised!

Gorgeous hotel that really stands out from the moment you enter. I loved my stay here - the grounds were beautiful (including the room and garden where breakfast is served), staff were lovely and very helpful, the design touches let you know you're staying somewhere special, my room was spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Location is also brilliant for exploring Cagliari - walking distance to great sights (the beautiful botanical gardens are almost next door and well worth visiting) and the main areas of interest (Castello, Stampace, Marina, etc). Thoroughly recommended.

Hotel was spotless. Room was spacious and well designed, bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and pastries 3very morning

Minor issues with aircon in the bedroom and temperature control. Would have liked to have been asked by reception how our stay was when we checked out !

A really beautiful Hotel. I have stayed here twice and would stay again if I came to Cagliari for a short visit. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. It is a very elegant place to stay and is easily reachable from the centre of Cagliari (10-15 minute walk).

Very little. The only issue I had concerned some laundry which I placed for washing on my first full day (a public holiday). This was not available on checkout and I returned the following day but found that this was still not available. The staff member I dealt with was rude and aggressive, but that probably matched my own mood. Still, I expected a more polite response. I insisted on the laundry being delivered in person to me at the apartment where I am staying and this was done the following day, without fuss. All credit to Hotel for sorting this out - but they need to train their staff to react / deal better with annoyed guests.
