Although the room was on the top floor, there was an elevator, however quite slow. The room itself was well-appointed. It had a balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the city towards the harbor. Breakfast was ample and the restaurant was excellent. Many locals came to enjoy an evening there. Children were especially keen for the play area inside the restaurant replete with toys in an older refrigerator with the door removed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking could be an issue. However, upon arrival I found a space directly in front of the hotel. Upon return from excursions and cocktails in the evening, parking was much farther up the street.

Historic building with mix of historic and are rustic contemporary restyling. We were on 3rd floor and had an unexpected large terrace that overlooks yard and other beautiful old homes. I had previously stayed in the historic center and I liked that this was quiet and yet a short walk in. Safe and elegant neighborhood. Kind and gracious staff with flexible check in and check out. Very affordable.

Elevator is very slow, handle for towel fell Off. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. We did not eat here as there was an event that evening and the following morning we had to leave early

The hotel is a mere 10 min walk from the centre of Cagliari; it's a lovely accommodation in a beautiful Italian villa. Staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious with a cute balcony.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous; it would take little to make it better, for example offering fresh Italian bakery products and a bit more fresh fruit.

Excellent Italian-style breakfast. Friendly staff, speaking English and French. The rooms are clean and all of them have air conditioning. The living room where the breakfast is served feels like home. It has a library and armchairs that invite for coffee, work and meditation. The restaurant is fantastic, with local specific food reinterpreted in the most effective way by the chef. It is among the best restaurants in Cagliari. The location is a social economy enterprise, therefore it uses the money for a good cause.

The rooms were so clean and they had everything we need! Everyone was so lovely and friendly, super nice restaurant with great food and breakfast! We loved it overall as a family for 4 and definitely would love to visit again!

The library bed room takes you back to good old days and gives you a magical feeling since you are surrounded by lots of 📚. Very friendly staff ready to help and assist you especially Anne.

Constructions during our stay did make it a bit noisy however the host apologised for the inconvenience.

The Locanda is an authentic Sardinian palazzo, situated in a quiet area, just 15mins walk from the busy centre of Cagliari. It's got its own fine restaurant so, on our arrival, we could immediately settle down there to a sumptuous lunch, served with a welcoming smile.

We arrived on a Sunday, followed by a National holiday on Monday, and the reception desk was unattended for both days. Whatever we needed on arrival had to wait until Tuesday for someone to give it attention.

Lovely large rooms, air conditioning, good Italian breakfast with delicious espresso. Rooms look better than the photos. One of the rooms had the most beautiful 70s designed balcony door.

Beds were a little too soft, and pillows way too thin but this is a small complaint

The quiet neighborhood, but also walking distance from the main streets, beautiful room (the sun) with a balcony, bed was comfortable. But the best part was the people there. The breakfast lady Nini was fabulous and hostess Anna also. I got a sunburn and they brought me really good cream for that. They were helpful and kind, what more can you ask! I will definitely come back!

Lovely place to stay. Spacious and well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and it was quit at night. Personnel very nice though does only speak Italian which was no problem to us. We had a very nice dinner upon arrival in the evening and enjoyed our breakfast in the spacious breakfast room with balcony upstairs.
